The team pulled out an old driveway, porch, garage floor and courtyard and replaced it with concrete and stamped concrete. The full effect is stunning; the grading is perfect, and the team was a joy - very knowledgeable, ridiculously hard-working, and great at working together. So nice to boot. This is not the sort of project you’re excited to spend money on, but we’re very happy and delighted with the results.

Great experience with Anguianos. Jose came out gave us a reasonable price and our driveway was patched and sealed within a few days. They had to cut out quite a bit, but it will extend the life of driveway for another 10 years at least. Hard workers that took extra care to not get sealer on our sidewalk and other places it does not belong. Excellent communication. Will use them again for sealing. Hot sealer and crack filing makes a huge difference.It seems almost silly to get excited about driveway sealing and repair, but when done professionally youd know what I mean. Thank you Anguinos. Sorry I did not take photos because its night and day difference. No more clunking into the pot holes with my car!

They did an excellent job repairing, sealing, and striping the aging parking lot of our restaurant. Their staff, from Jose and the office to the work crew, were very nice and easy to work with, and despite the difficulty of having to deal with some unfortunate weather, made our lot look like new. The communication was great at every point in the process, and I couldnt be happier with the work and the value.I was particularly happy to see how much doing a good job meant to the crew. Thats not always the case, and its a good indicator of a well-run company with excellent leadership. I had a botched job from an installation and sealing. They came out and gave us some great advice that was FREE and helpful.He suggested that we wait until next year. He informed us that there are risks with covering over existing sealant and that we should wait until next year to coat. He could have easily suggested that I recoat and when it failed blamed it on the prior job… I appreciate that he told us the correct information for our situation versus focusing on the dollar. I’ll be back!

I hired Anguiano’s to replace a driveway culvert pipe and repave the driveway approach with asphalt in Fox Point. Replacing a culvert pipe in Fox Point has strict guidelines; the village needs to inspect and approve the project throughout the process. Jose and his crew communicated well with the village to keep things progressing quickly to finish the job in one day. Not only is their pricing highly competitive, but their workmanship is excellent and their crew is professional. Cleanup was great. Their business is top of the line. If you’re considering hiring them for your project, do not hesitate.

We just had a small stamped concrete patio put in, an asphalt side drive added, and when it’s warmer they’ll be seal coating the entire driveway as well. Everything looks amazing!! I cant imagine a better company for sealcoating than Anguianos. We were a very difficult customer for them to work with. We tried to coordinate seal coating on a new property *before* we closed on the property, and it turned out to be a nightmare. At first, the seller said he was fine with it, but then he yelled at Joses crew when they came to start the project. The seller wound up telling us we could not finish the project until after we closed, which was outside the window that Anguianos usually does sealcoating (because it was almost Winter). We had to cancel and reschedule 2-3 times, but Jose was incredibly patient and he worked with me to get the project scheduled and complete. The finished product looks beautiful.I have nothing bad to say at all. They gave us a fair quote and went above and beyond to get it done well.

In August 2024, we hired Anguianos Sealcoating and Striping to redo our driveway and we are thrilled with their workmanship. I waited to do the review to make sure that there were no issues with the quality of work. Im happy to report that there are no issues with our driveway and it looks beautiful. The team arrived on the scheduled date and completed the stripping and re-asphalting within a few hours. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away. Very professional business.
