We are very impressed by NARI Milwaukee, and could not be more pleased with the work that they did on our behalf. They have standards for their members, and require their members to meet those standards!Our contractor(then a NARI Milwaukee member) did not correctly build our roof edge, as they applied ice and water shield to a 4 inch plastic flap of our gutter guard and not to the roof boards immediately adjacent to our gutters. At our request, NARI Milwaukee assigned a volunteer NARI Milwaukee member who worked to convince the contractor that the roof edge needed to be rebuilt. We do not think the roof edge would have been rebuilt without NARI Milwaukee.During this process, we discovered that the contractor also did not replace flashing in poor condition and did not place ice and water shield up our chimney and sidewalls— both of these should have been done at no cost to us as they are required to be done under the warranty specified in our contract. While NARI Milwaukee was not able to require the contractor to complete this flashing and ice and water shield sidewall work, they suspended the NARI Milwaukee membership of the contractor for one year based on the contractor’s failure to resolve our complaint and a few others, and will only re-admit the contractor to membership after one year if the contractor satisfactorily resolves our complaint, and the other complaints. Clearly, they have standards for their members, and require their members to meet their standards.Also impressive is the amount of time and effort that NARI Milwaukee members put forth to resolve our roof edge problem, and to attempt to resolve our other concerns. They did this as volunteers, without any pay or compensation from us or NARI Milwaukee, and truly did spend substantial time and effort on our behalf.In the future, we will only consider hiring NARI Milwaukee contractors for any work. We cannot say it enough, THANK YOU NARI MILWAUKEE !

I recommend nari milwaukee! wonderful resource for home remodeling services! the staff member was very helpful and friendly! they were very professional and the members i worked with all did quality work. i will use them again for my next house projects!

I have had the pleasure of being a member of NARI Milwaukee for over 20 years. Through this time, NARI has proven time and time again to be an advocate for both homeowners and contractors. I feel that the staff and volunteers at the Milwaukee chapter go out of their way to make people feel welcome and respected, and provide a great service to our communities. Every contractor should strive to be a member and every homeowner should look here first when choosing a partner for their home improvement company!
