    My husband contracted Nick Baugh Plumbing to install a 3 stage filter system at our second home. He spoke with Nick a few times explaining our issues and Nick gave him several options to choose from to resolve our problem with our well water. After being advised we went with the system Nick recommended and he ordered the parts right away. Reginald then called to schedule the installation. Austin and Sam arrived on time and were very polite and professional. They worked diligently to make the install go smoothly and it turned out great. We are very happy with the results and recommend Nick and his team!

    I was notified by the city that I had developed a consistent leak in my waterline.     Reasonable prices, good communication, friendly service. Austin took care of all the services I requested and didnt mind me being a little nosy while he and his assistant worked (I like to know what the repairs entail - its always good to learn something new!)     I have a water leak. Nick Baugh Plumbing, I forget the names of the two guys that came out and I apologize for that, they were very professional and friendly and wasted no time locating the leak and trying to repair the water leak.They made two attempts to fix my leak and in doing so they found another leak and I would need to replace the entire pipeline.They were not able to fix the problem that day, but they were very informative and appeared to be honest, which means alot to me because I am new to Milledgeville. I would hire them to do future work if and when needed. I am currently waiting for a quote as to how much the it will cost to replace the pipeline.

    Kevin from Nick Baugh Plumbing installed new shutoff valves for our kitchen sink. Extremely fast same day service at a very fair price. Took precautions to keep the work area clean and wore a face mask. I used them last year to replace a water heater. Another job done well for a fair price. I had an issue with the roof vent they connected to so I called them back and they quickly resolved the issue. I am a very satisfied customer.

    Kevin was on time, knowledgeable, and very professional. He cleaned a partially clogged drain pipe. After he left, I noticed a leak from the pipe. I called Nick the next morning. Kevin came back in hardly no time and fixed the cracked pipe. Good to know that people still want to provide quality service at a reasonable price and will work with you to fix the problem.     You know let me just say Nick Baugh Plumbing LLC is a True Professional and gentleman. I found him via the app NextDoor which is a neighborhood app where people can ask for suggestions about stuff like A Plumber for example. So from there lead me to his Facebook page. I read his reviews and there was nothing negative, everyone spoke highly of him so I gave him a call. He actually came over from another job assessed the situation and gave me his honest opinions. I had a leaky sink that we decided to replace the faucet fixture completely and he made some needed changes underneath it. This man came out on LABOR Day as promised ready to work. He fixed the sink(which looks amazing) and even did me a solid and checked under the house in our crawl space to see if there were any plumbing issues and thank God there werent. His pricing is straight forward and reasonable & I truly am thankful to you Nick. Thanks for being an awesome stand up guy.     Nick’s slogan that he does it right is on point. Having a family weekend at our lake house, the toilet started backing up in shower, Oh goodness! My husband called Nick’s Plumbing and he was here within the hour. His crew worked on piping, cleaned out sewage as far they could with their equipment. A pipe was replaced and then Nick had to come back and check on the drainage. Happy to say, all is fine!On 4th of July our hot water heater went out, which was terrible having family visiting for holiday.We bought a hot water heater and he came and installed it.Nick and his crew are hard workers and don’t leave until the problem is solved.     This is my brother but I speak highly of him because he stayed out in my yard with a headlight on fixing a leak. He had a shovel and a headlight on and he didnt stop until the leak was fixed. He also has installed my tankless water heater and I absolutely love it. Best decision I made was going to a tankless water heater and I have had no issues at all with it.

    Had an outdoor plumbing issue and these guys were very responsive from the beginning. Day of service got a call telling me they were on their way and they provided a link showing the technicians location. They were upfront about the pricing and explained the problem and solution they were going to fix. Excellent service all around.     How refreshing to find an honest and responsive business! I called this plumbing business to come replace a water heater on a proactive basis, worried that it might fail and start leaking water in our lake house due to its age. They came out with a new heater ready to replace it and after examining my current heater explained that while they would be glad to replace it if I still wanted them to, it really didn’t need to be replaced and that I should still be good with my current one. They could have not been honest with me and made a large profit but as the man who came out said, “That would be dishonest and we don’t do that.”They also helped me by clearing out some sluggish shower drains and told me what steps I could take to prevent the slow drainage from returning.All the while they were responsive, kept me informed on when they would be coming, answered all of my questions, were super polite and professional, and arrived right on time.I couldn’t ask for anything better from them. It’s as good as having your own dad be a plumber and come help you! Highly recommended!!

    I had Nick Baugh Plumbing install 2 new bidet-type toilets and 2 replacement faucets sets in our primary and guest bathrooms. As is often the case when working with replacements/retro-fits there are challenges: constrained access, bolts rusted in place, a missing or defective parts on the new faucet, etc. My install team was patient and thorough, problem-solving solutions, contacting the vendor for replacement of a defective part, scheduling and showing up for the follow-up appointment as promised. A very professional company and true to their marketing tagline of “plumbing done right”. Highly recommended!
