Ive used LAV Plumbing for several years now and have always been pleased with the professionalism, quality workmanship, and customer service. I own an older home and projects can be challenging, but Lu has the experience and expertise of completing the job in a satisfactory manner. I highly recommend LAV Plumbing!!!

I called about a faulty sink disposal. The receptionists/dispatch workers have some room for improvement, as it took them two days to call me back when it was promised they’d call me back the same day. Also I could not hear the girl on the phone, and when I told her as much she said it was her phone and there’s nothing she could do about it. That struck me as very odd and unprofessional, why wouldn’t they just get a new phone or have the phone company out to take a look? Just very strange practice for a business, but whatever.However, Lu, the service guy, was incredibly polite, professional, and knowledgeable. It took him virtually no time to complete his job and he did that job extremely well. I’m very impressed and will 100% choose this company again, regardless of office staff quality.

Weve been using LAV Plumbing for over six years. The workmanship is Top Notch! Customer care, also excellent. We recently had a new roof installed and the company cut and installed the wrong pipe cap for our Rheem Water system, so no hot water!! Lou came out late Friday, on a moments notice, and got us up and running in no time. He will follow up with all the correct fittings to complete the repair. If youre looking for an excellent Plumer dont hesitate to call LAV Plumbing.

We lost hot water sometime during the night and I called LAV Plumbing the next morning around 8:45 AM to schedule an appointment. They called me back around 9:15 AM to let me know Lu was on his way. Lu checked my hot water heater and determined one of the elements had gone bad. He replaced both elements and had me back in business within an hour. Lu has done several jobs for me and always shows up on time and is very professional. I would definitely recommend LAV Plumbing to anyone needing a dependable, trustworthy and professional plumbing service.
