    Some of the best service we have experienced. We were having issues with water pressure and quickly put in a request online Sunday night and had someone out here on Monday.     Two very courteous and knowledgeable young men did a super job in getting our plumbing issue resolved.     The service we received was excellent. John and Rob installed a tankless hot water system and then John and Bobby installed an outdoor shower. They arrived when they said they would and did all the work we requested. All three employees were incredible. Polite and smart and so helpful. They explained everything to us throughout the process.     The experience was excellent. They came out quickly to evaluate the small job I had and were very professional. I promptly received an online quote. After accepting the quote, the work was scheduled and communication with the office was great. The workers showed up on time, were friendly and completed the job. The only thing I am not thrilled with is I feel the job was overpriced. $450 to reconnect (2) 2 pvc pipes from greywater to septic. A few bucks in PVC fittings and it only took 1 hour to complete. It was just a job that I did not want to do myself.

    We had frozen pipes the day before. When water flow came back, 2 sink faucets were just barely dripping cold water. Plumber immediately diagnosed and resolved the issue by cleaning out debris from the faucets. Plumber was very knowledgeable and left both sink areas clean when he completed the work.

    I wish I could give Keith McDonald Plumbing 100 stars!!! I had a plumbing problem on Saturday night. I called them Sunday am. Left voicemail. LINDSEY called back quickly, and scheduled a service call for Monday am between 10 and 10:30. On Monday am, I got a call from technician at 9:30 to make sure he was bringing the right supplies. And he was in my yard soon after. JOHN and BOBBY found the general area of the leak, but could not access the area because the clearance under that end of the house is ridiculously minimal. They called the office, and another technician was dispatched , with “ETA of when he finished the job he was on.” Within a couple of hours, STEVEN showed up at my house, did some investigating and brainstorming, discussed my options with me, and went to work. He was able to access the area (from the outside rather than cutting thru the floor) and had the busted pipe repaired before 3pm. I got a text every time a crew member was en route to my house. And this was on a day when outside temperature was 96 degrees and heat index was 111 at the time. I can not say enough wonderful things about these young men, and Keith McDonald plumbing staff!

    Time for a shout out! I absolutely love being a receptionist and working with customer service!! I understand the stress of it and the negativity of unhappy customers. I enjoy trying to resolve or at least calm the person on the phone before passing the call to the one above me who can help complete great customer service.
