I had quick message response times from Brendan and he was great to fit us in for the drywall repair and paint job we requested. The subcontractor did a great job with it all and cleaned up everything really well when he was finished. They were all-around friendly, helpful and provided quality work. We hired Kirkland properties for bathroom remodeling. Brendan and his crew did an awesome job! We were so impressed that we had them replace our soffits and some of the cedar siding. While doing that work, Brendan realized there was a roof issue that caused damage to our chimney. They rebuilt the damaged chimney and fixed the roof issue. We were impressed with how fast they worked, how well the jobs were done and how responsive Brendan was. Highly recommend using Kirkland Properties for any job!

We were referred by a trusted friend who had some work done by Kirkland. The manager was very responsive and got us a quote quickly. They were right on with their estimate of the work starting and how long it would take. We are so pleased with the transformation by Kirkland Property Solutions LLC on our bathroom. It was in serious need for updating. Super professional! Great workers who laid down drop cloth instead of tramping through the house with work boots. They didn’t smell like smoke. Completely reasonable price. Excellent communication throughout the process.

We hired Kirkland Property Solutions LLC after we got into a very unfortunate position with our previous contractor. Our house deffinetly had alot of hidden issues, including mold/rot, demolition and reconstruction. The crew handled every issue ontop of redoing siding facia, soffet, dripedge and some roofing that had been improperly installed by our previous contractor. We can finally say we are happy with our house again. We have more work to do to finish our project and look forward to working with Kirkland Property Solutions LLC again in the near future.

Kirkland Home Solutions removed a bathtub from my small bathroom and installed an Aging In Place shower ensemble in the space. It provides safety and function while looking amazingly modern. Excellent communication during the entire project. Worked hard to find the siding color we wanted and to find a door to fit our unusually sized space. Brendan knew our budget and was great about sticking to it. When unexpected repairs came up, he did what he could to keep the cost manageable. At the completion of our project, the crew cleaned up as well as I would have. Working with Kirkland was an excellent experience.

We have had excellent dealings with Kirkland Property Solutions. The first time was installing a Pella window replacement. It was professionally installed with no inconvenience to us thehomeowners.Our latest interaction with Kirkland Property Solutions was to update our kitchen/dinning room without doing a total remodeling. The results are wonderful. Cabinet that needed repairs, now function beautifully. The kitchen/dining room has a fresh/clean appearance. The Kirkland employees did excellent work, were very professional, pleasant, and accommodating. I recommend Kirkland to everyone.

I had a minor project that turned into a major problem when I found out my foundation rim joist and sill plate were rotten through and needed replaced IMMEDIATELY. Brendan came out and gave me a bid very quickly and told me they were about 3-4 weeks out. Jason and Keagan were able to get to it on the 3 week mark exactly and knocked the project out in 2 days replacing my rotten rim joist and sill plate with new green lumber where needed and vapor barriers. They even got the discontinued aluminum siding to match grain pattern really well and CORRECTLY installed a new ledger for steps with flashing, drip channels and the right hardware. J and keagen were great at communicating, were very polite, and even after I said I didnt care if they tracked dirt through my house they still put down drop cloths. 15/10 would recommend. Very thorough, courteous, thiughtful, and timely. Will be telling friends and family to go with them.

I had contacted the vendor through email and Brendan responded very quickly, and I had one of his crew out with a day or two looking at my job to gather the info to provide an estimate. Very knowledgeable, responsive, and professional, and had very doable and different options for a solution, which could still be done in the time period needed. In a time where it seems very difficult to get responses from vendors for whatever reason, the multiple communications, proposed solutions, friendliness and professionalism, and timeliness of response are what will have me reaching out to Brendan again when I need work done.

Kirkland Replaced my entire exterior. Siding, Facia, soffit, and windows. They were on site for about 4 weeks total. It was a large project and the transformation was amazing. Josh is their lead for exteriors. His team was friendly and respectful. They were constantly cleaning up the job site from nails, and other materials from the demolition. This was very important to me because of my small children who frequently play around the house.Over all we are ecstatic from the results and highly recommend Kirkland. They call back, and show up; which is difficult it seems for most remolding companies. Give them a call!
