    Greystone is a family business. Kelly Wall, the owner, helped us with the floorplan, used his woodworking experience to help us design the workshop in the basement with access from the garage. Greatly appreciated! Melissa and Lauren Wall guided us through the many choices to get our interior to the modern and clean appearance that we were looking for. In the meantime, Jeff was managing the contractors who all impressed us with the skills and especially the dedication to quality workmanship. The end result was a fabulous house and a bunch of good memories.

    We recently completed a very successful remodeling project with Greystone. The quality of their work is outstanding, particularly in the trim and fine details. Greystone also has good relationships with excellent subcontractors who are capable of impressive custom work. We appreciated their frequent communication during the process and their quick responses to calls and emails.

    The Greystone team designed and built an outbuilding for us that perfectly matched our home. One would think that the structures were built at the same time.Their design team listened to our thoughts on how the spaces would be used and offered great suggestions to improve both functionality and efficiency in how the building works. Jeff kept us updated on construction progress throughout and was always available.Were really enjoying the new space.

    We have done a number of projects from basement finishing to kitchen appliance updates to a custom home building and through all of these projects we have appreciated the professionalism and quality of Greystone Homes. In particular their attention to the details throughout the project deliver a high quality finished product that is truly outstanding. In addition they are very easy to work with, their knowledge helps one avoid mistakes and they are transparent in terms of the costs.     Kelly and Melissa (the owners) are very kind and knowledgeable people who walked us through the building process from start to finish. From multiple revisions of the initial plans and layouts to meticulous attention to the finishing details at our final walk through, they worked with us to make our dream home a reality. When problems came up along the way (as with all building projects), they worked with us to find solutions that we were content with. Crystal, the office manager, is super easy to work with, and Melissa, the interior designer, had excellent ideas to make our home unique and true to the craftsmen style we had envisioned. The trim subcontractors from J. Cook Construction were absolutely phenomenal and I could not be more thrilled with our built-ins and beautiful trim details that give our home character. Even after we moved into our home, Greystone Homes has continued to help us with various little projects that we needed help with.

    Greystone is a premier builder that works closely with the purchaser to ensure that you understand what will be done. The whole team is focused on your build and watches every step of construction. Many time with more detail than you would. It helps to be on site as much as you can so that items can be addressed during the build. That allows for an extremely short punch list upon completion.Excellent caring people.

    The team at Greystone are a great set of people to work with. We collaborated on the overall design until we came up with an agreed specification. After setting up the project and price its very easy to meet or beat your allowances, which are set at a very realistic level. If you are thinking about building, I would highly recommend talking to them.

    Dream Home Complete! Thank you Greystone! 5/5 stars would recommend and already have recommended to friends and family for quality home building.We researched numerous building companies in the area and Greystone’s superior combination of quality, competitive pricing, and versatility in customization made it an easy decision to finalize building with them.We built in early 2021 and finished within the quoted time frame despite COVID. From Kelly, the owner, to Jeff, the project manager, and Melissa the interior designer and Lisa the office manager the efficient and timely communication from everyone at Greystone was greatly appreciated. Kelly walked us through the building process and was up front about accurate pricing and options for our custom home. He was able to do alot of modifications to keep us within a tight budget while giving us what we wanted overall in the final product. Him and Jeff were readily available for any questions or concerns that came up along the way and were extremely timely with their responses. Additionally the interior designer, Melissa, was incredibly helpful on recommendations for our modern contemporary design and was instrumental in keeping us within budget while finding the quality products and looks we wanted. We met as often as needed throughout the project and her communication regarding questions concerns and modifications was excellent. We felt the walkthrough process and realistic expectations were great and established early on. Everything went smoothly despite being around COVID 2021 events. Any delays on items or changes were discussed with ahead as far in advance as possible and communication lines were always open. There were walkthroughs and finalizations and many modifications allowed throughout the process to achieve exactly or as close to what we wanted. There was a final checklist at the end of the build project with minor touch ups and additions and everything was taken care of appropriately and in a timely manner. Again, thank you to all the great staff at Greystone! Would definitely recommend and continue recommending Greystone to friends and family as a premier custom home builder.

    Highly recommend Greystone Homes for any remodeling (and truly building) project. We had two baths that needed serious updating. From the design phase to ultimate finish, everyone at Greystone couldn’t have been more helpful, professional and patient!
