Mr. Rooter replaced 2 sink faucets and 1 kitchen sink. The technician Angle did a excellent job and has great problem solving skills. He was very professional and courteous. The owner Kyle was very polite and answered all of questions and quoted a reasonable price for the job. I would definitely recommend them to others and plan on using them in the future.

Main line was clogged. Couldn’t find the clean out in front yard. Angel had to pull the toilet. Then the snake wasn’t long enough to get to clog. Came back and installed a clean out where the clog was. Removed damaged section of pipe. I wasn’t home at time but Angel documented everything with video and pictures. I got to see exactly why the clog occurred. New clean out installed. Video of entire line clear from house to street. He was great with giving information and left my house as clean as it was. Very professional

Called at 5pm, had a plumber in my driveway by 6pm. TJ showed up and did an amazing job of giving me options and recommendations based on a really bad emergency plumbing need. We came to a deal and he fixed my whole issue super fast and kept updated on everything he was doing which was super reassuring. I plan on asking for him in the future cause this is what being a real service member should be like. Ask for TJ hes worth every dime.

Absolutely fantastic service! Had a massive clog which was not allowing my kitchen sink or dishwasher to drain. Carl was able to come out, clear the line, and replace a section of plumbing under the sink. They were personable and professional and managed to get it all done within the budget we had estimated it would cost. I will absolutely use them for all of our future plumbing issues.

This is what it means to have pride and integrity in your work. After posting a review that may have appeared to be critical of the re-pipe work that was done on my home by Mr. Rooter Plumbing. I received a call from them expressing their disappointment with review and offered to work to resolve any issue with work done. I also heard from owner and Jason who was one the workers. Please let apologize to Mr. Rooter and all their employees. It was not my intention to criticize this company entirely for the inexperience and unprofessionalism of who was a new employee at and who by the way is no longer with the company.My interaction with everyone at Mr. Rooter has been dignified, professional, respectful with everyone illustrating a tremendous amount of pride in their name and reputation. My original review was unfair and I apologize to Jason whose work was flawless and did everything he could to make sure the work was done in a professional manner and lived up to quality standards and everyone else I have dealt with at Mr. Rooter. I would use Mr. Rooter services again and recommend them to anyone who has plumbing needs.

What a pleasure to watch young people work with such enthusiasm. They replaced my 40 year old toilets in less than 4 hours explaining every step. Cleaned up the bathrooms, hauled the old toilets away. All at a fair cost Thank you Mr. Rooter for your service and these technicians.

After finding my hot water heater failed during the mid afternoon I requested assistance via Angi and within a few minutes I received a call from Kyle at Mr. Rooter. After briefly discussing the water heater details and obtaining a very reasonable quote with a nice warranty package on a major brand Kyle was able to schedule my replacement the following morning. Kyle and technician Carl arrived right on schedule, discussed the process and completed replacement of the water heater within 20 hours after scheduling. Both Kyle and Chris were extremely professional and courteous and we were extremely pleased with their customer service. We would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter and will definitely bookmark Mr. Rooter if we should require any future plumbing needs.
