I had a problem that had me shaking my head as to what my plumbing problem could be. Patrick came out and he figured out the problem quickly. Thankfully it was a quick fix. He also called Clay utilities to find out if my usage of water showed any spikes at my house possibly to help in trouble shooting where the problem was. Thats the mark of a good technician, trouble shooting, and Patrick was spot on. I was concerned with how much my bill would be but that was also fair also. Thank you Greg Faulkner plumbing and especially Patrick the face of the company. I will make sure I recommend you to anyone who needs a great plumber. Thanks again. Kathie Hubbard

My family has been using Greg Faulkner Plumbing for the past 25 years and don’t plan on using anyone else. In several different occasions, Greg and Patrick have got me out of some sticky situations.When my insurance wouldn’t renew because an outdated water heater, Patrick was able to install same day for a fair and honest price.Highly recommended this family owned business. Honest people doing honest work.

Patrick provided excellent, professional service. The work he did to replace a failing shut off valve and swap the main water shut off valve for the house makes me much more comfortable in our home. I called yesterday morning for a sewer backup in my home. I spoke with the owner who was extremely professional -- he worked me into their busy schedule as this was an immediate need. Patrick, the owners son, was here within an hour and he, too, was very professional and proficient in the handling of my problem. My hat goes off to this father and son company - you all were great (and reasonable)!!

I have to say Greg went out of his way to get all our plumbing needs taken care of, we had to call JEA and he spoke with the guys there saved us a lot of money and headaches, this is not the first time we have used them. Greg came within a reasonable time and solved the problem - our bath faucet would not turn ?off. He diagnosed it, replaced the valve & called Moen on my behalf. Its a lifetime warrantee, so Moen will replace it & I will give to Greg. I really appreciate him going the extra mile! He also cleaned up when he was finished. He will be our preferred plumber from now on!

Called after noon about water connection for new refrigerator and the plumber that answered the phone (I dont remember his name) said he would try and stop by after his afternoon appointment (or the next day). He called a few hours later saying he was on his way!! Checked the water connection which was fine and while he was there we asked him about replacing our aged garbage disposal (and check my husbands plumbing connections under the kitchen sink). He took care of all issues we had with both this afternoon!! He was friendly, professional and reminded us why we always try to hire local professionals for work on our house. Great job for a great price. Well call them anytime we need plumbing done and recommend them to all our neighbors.

Great service team. I had a pipe burst and was left without running water. Greg got back to us in no time and was able to help us get our problem resolved. Patrick is awesome, and I cant thank you enough! I loved how knowledgeable he was. He identified the issue immediately and was able to fix it in no time. Faulkner plumbing went above and beyond for us! Hopefully we dont have anymore plumbing issues, but if we do well use Greg Faulkner Plumbing Company again in the future.

We had a pretty bad leak in our master bathroom, thought it was an easy fix, it was not. Called around and left a few messages, not even an hour after calling, Patrick reached out and came over that same day. We needed a new faucet, Patrick was nice enough to recommend some top brands. We went out that night and purchased a new one and Patrick came by the next day and installed it. I cannot begin to say thank you enough to Mr Faulkner for the amazing job he did today! My 88 ye old grandmother had a leak in the attic and it was ruining her antique furniture and causing much damage in the dining room. Mr Faulkner came over immediately and spent the time crawling through the attic to find the problem and repaired it. He stayed in touch with us and did everything he said he was going to do. We never had to worry about our grandmother. Thank you!
