Extremely honest and watches out for the customer $. During hurricane debby our toilets weren’t flushing and we were getting some backup in our tubs. I called and he told me right away that he was familiar with the exact street I live on and he would hate to charge me for a pump out when the water table is so high from all the rain we got that water will just enter back in. I called multiple other septic companies (not within our area) who said there’s no problem pumping it out but he was extremely honest and said he wouldn’t want to charge us just to have the same problem when he leaves. He advised us to wait it out until things dry up. I will be sure to use Champion septic in the future when needed. I love that he’s local to Middleburg and knows about the effects that heavy rain can bring to our septics and I appreciated the honesty from the beginning and that says a lot about a company.

I can’t recommend this company enough!! The previous owners flipped our old house and did a terrible job on our septic system. We understood that we had a big job on our hands but when we called Champion we knew this was the right company for this massive undertaking. James walked us through the process and gave us an honest/completely upfront estimate. He’s been nothing but professional, accommodating and performed an amazing job. He’s tackled our nightmare and gave us not only a working system, but one that we will be able to rely on for years to come AND within budget.

If I could give this company 100 stars, I would. My tank was backing up into the house last nite when I called the Champions about getting it pumped out. They returned my call first thing this morning and was out to my house within the hour. They say first impressions lasts and I really impressed me and why I would never use any other septic company again. I had called them back to ask about getting my tank inspected, and I so appreciated the honesty, cuz they could have easily taken me for a few more hundred dollars, but didnt. Will definitely be recommending them to anyone who has septic issues.

James is awesome. Used him first for my septic inspection, best deal around and immediately responsive. Then the alarm started going off a few months later. When I called him to come take a look, he was out there the same day and fixed it immediately. I’ll continue to use James for all my septic needs and will be the only one I recommend to friends and family. 10 stars!

Very impressed. Needed my tank pumped ASAP and every company I called told me it would be 2 days. Luckily these guys were recommended to me and they were out the very next morning. Were very polite, got the job done and even loved on my dog before they left. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Great. James arrived early, understood my situation, dug up the tank lid, and saw that the tank was fine and did not need to be pumped. He tried to snake through the line to feel the clog, but could not free it. He recommended a plumber who would have the longer auger who could get the job done. He did not pump out the tank and only charged me a service call. True professional. I will call him again if I need any septic tank service.

Excellent to work with. Replaced a 40+ yr old system quickly, efficiently and professionaly. Explained every step and never tired of answering any questions. Planned placement and drainfield after consulting with me and took great care to avoid my resident gopher tortoises hole which made me very happy. Would highly recommend James for any septic needs.

We called Champion on a Sunday and left a VM. Low and behold 7am the next morning James calls me when Im driving to work (perfect timing!) and we talk a bit and he said they would be out today! (thank you God!) My wife was working from home that day so perfecto! Well, my wife said she has never met a more delightful couple of guys who do this for a living. James had a great sense of humor and my wife was genuinely interested and he was more than up to the task of answering all her questions. (she had to tell me in detail when I got home! ...and she took videos that I had to watch! LOL) Absolutely great price (super fast too!) and well never have anyone do this except for you guys! Thanks for a great first experience James!!

I called champion and even though they may be a small company I highly I mean highly recommend them they where here next day and did a great job and also did it quickly also didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. We just recently bought a mobile home in Middleburg and it was given to us with the septic tank not working which we didn’t find out about until after a month of having moved in because it started overflowing. Long story short, the company who sold us the house said they were not gonna do anything about it because according to them it was working when the house was delivered. So I contacted champion septic, they came out to our property and evaluated the area and told us that whoever sold us the house never did anything to the septic tank, that it hadn’t been touched in a long time, the ground had not even been dug up. So the guy from champion septic contacted the house seller himself and basically told them they had a big lawsuit waiting to happen to them if they didn’t come and fix the septic tank. And sure enough, week after that they sent us someone to fix it

I had called local Keystone service about a pump out several times over 3 weeks and never a return call? Called Champion and they returned call very next day. They even said they could come out before noon same day. On time. Clean equipment. friendly people. I wasnt even sure where Septic was but they found it quickly. But when they uncovered it found damage and said it will need more than pump out. So it was only service call for now. Said I would be all right for a while till I can budget a bigger repair. And I will be using them for Any future work. Thank you for Quick Response and telling me my options. Thank you again you are the one I will recomend.

My wife and I just moved here from Upstate SC and needed a quick solution to a drainage problem in our new home. The Owner of Champion Septic and his crew were on site within an hour of our call. They quickly were able to diagnose the drainage problem as a clog and that we actually needed a plumber to correct this particular problem. Being new to the area and not knowing anyone James was able to put us in contact a trustworthy professional plumber who then fixed our concern. If you ever have a need then please do yourself a favor and call these guys. I was glad that I found them and the charge was very reasonable for their service and expertise. Thanks again guys!!
