As the condominium representative for the renovation of our condominium pool deck and underground parking facility, I was involved from the beginning of the writing of the bid to its completion.We sought to make this project a landmark, and Ryan and his team assembled a team of professionals to deliver just that. The entire project seemed like a dream come true for the hundreds of residents who witnessed the advice of naysayers who claimed the project could not be completed for the budget. The project was done on time and within budget, with more amenities than many thought could be achieved under difficult construction conditions.
