    Kannan & Pricone are top knotch when it comes to experience and customer service. They really know that they are doing, respond promptly, and installation is professional. Didnt have any issues, and wouldnt hesitate to contact them again! Have used them for a furnace, hot water tank, and dishwasher. My go to for anything plumbing and heating!!

    I have had different service men come out from Kannan and Pricone. Each person who has come out was incredibly genuine and kind. The best way to put it was their kindness and empathy, they sincerely were concerned with the matter and above all have treated me like family each and EVERY time.     The whole process from the estimate to the installation of our tankless hot water was seamless. The installation team was very professional and would recommend them to others. They have now installed a boiler at our old house and a tankless system in our new house and both times they were great!

    We had a dishwasher installer shut off the original water shut off valve instead of the new one and it froze closed and we had no water supply. I came home at about 2:30 and called Kannan & Pricone and was told Id needed the city to shut off the water at the street and then call back. The city said they could and they and the plumber came within 10 minutes, the valve was replaced and water restored within 1to 1.5 hours of my first call and the price was reasonable. I cant tell youwhat a lifesaver this was. Many thanks to Kannan & Pricone and the City of Methuen water department.

    Kannan & Pricone have always been prompt and efficient. we needed plumbing service for a total plumbing blockage urgently! Mike arrived within a couple of hours, called a subcontractor to do some extensive work, and we were totally up and running within a few hours.     Suddenly, mid-afternoon there is water pouring out of my boiler. I hear the noise from upstairs and run downstairs to water everywhere in the basement. I quickly dial Kannan & Pricone and within 1/2 hour, Bill Kannan is ringing my doorbell and within 40 minutes had the entire problem diagnosed, fixed and returned to normal. It was a true emergency and K&P dropped what they were doing and came right over. Couldnt have asked for service more top notch. Thank you!
