    We bought a new Naven system a few years ago and have been on their maintenance contract ever since . I have had to make a few maintenance calls and have found the team at Climate Design Systems to be very responsive, professional and fast acting.They offer the best service my wife and I have had in the 47 years we have been in this house. They also do general plumbing besides heating and cooling systems. I highly recommend them.

    Our water heater died and left us with puddles of water. We weren’t sure what to do so gave Climate Design a call. The next morning Jake was at our house with several options- once our decision was made, the tank was installed and working within three hours. We are so grateful for Jake and his team. They were fast, responsive, answered any questions we had throughout the process, and made this very stressful situation much more manageable. We will absolutely be using Climate Design in the future.

    Thank you to Jake Thomas and Steve of Climate Design Systems, LLC for their prompt, professional, knowledgeable and efficient service they provided to us when our furnace was not working. An accurate diagnosis was made, and the heat was turned back on within a reasonable time frame.We also appreciated the communication throughout this process. A picture with a description of the service technicians qualifications was provided so that we would know who to allow into the home.     I have a 2-Family house in Methuen and had a failed water heater. I called Buddy Thomas at Climate Design who I’ve used for the past 20+ years and knowing the importance of getting hot water to our tenants was very important. Climate Design was there the following morning at 9:00 am to replace both hot water heaters and did an exceptional job. My tenants called later that afternoon to say what a very clean, professional job that they performed.They also replaced both steam boilers for us a few years back which included, Asbestos removal, Oil tank removal, installation of new equipment, etc. and did another great job.I highly recommend this company and it’s staff.Job well done Climate design!

    I had a very old oil boiler and it was causing soot in my house. The smell was horrible and I was worried that it may be causing damage to my house. A friend recommended CDS and I called right away. I spoke with Jake and he had someone on site within 24 hours. Him and his team did an emergency cleaning of the impacted heat exchanger and got the system up and running in 2 hours. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and were able to educate me on the in and outs of my existing system. I will definitely be calling them for all of my future house repairs. Thank you again!

    My 84-year-old mother-in-law from Atkinson NH called for a no heat service call at 9:00am. on Monday morning. The technician came out the same day, diagnosed the problem, and the part was ordered the same day. The tech replaced the defective part the next day. He ran the furnace through several cycles and ensured everything was working correctly before he left. She received a call that night and was informed that because she had a service plan along with an extended warranty for parts and labor, she was not charged for any of the services provided.Thank you, guys, for a fast and wonderful experienceSean WallaceSon in-law12-13-2023

    Evan, Andy and Scott were awesome to work with. These three and, Climate Design in general, understand the value of customer service — rare these days! — and walked me through each step of their proposal, financing and didn’t mind indulging me in the many (many) questions I had about heating and cooling options for my home. Each were knowledgeable and creative about the latest technology. Climate Design is great for small projects as well. Scott came and installed a water line to my fridge, and ended up paying a better price than most area plumbers. Really happy with their work thus far and they will be my first call for future projects.

    Let me start this review out by saying I never usually take the time to write reviews. However, after multiple close family and friends who recommended this company I gave them a call. I first spoke with Jake about some issues that I was having with heating system. He was able to have a service tech out the next morning to take a look. After the tech quickly diagnosed the source of my issues and discussing my options with Jake, I decided that it was better to swap out my old oil system for a new propane system. Jake was very informative and more than helpful when it came to deciding which system and route I wanted to go with. After making the decision Jake was able to come out the very next morning to provide me with an estimate, which I reviewed amongst friends in the trade, and man was it a super good price. Since I was going to have to have the propane company come and add propane tanks, (we all know how that process goes) I finally had a day set. I called Jake to let him know about the day for the propane tanks and to my happy surprise he was able to work things around allowing his techs to come the same time to make sure that I did go without a proper working heating system any longer than I absolutely had to. The day prior and the day of the install I got a nice email confirming the appointment as well as a photo and name of the techs who would be arriving, which I felt was a nice touch. The techs arrived on time and were very professional. They were able to have my old unit removed and completely installed in a day and a half. Once the job was completed I even received a follow up phone call from Jake to make sure everything went well, that the house was heating sufficiently, and to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I could not have been happier with my choice to go with climate design and Jake. I would absolutely be using this company again in the future and for sure will be recommending Jake and his team in the future. Here is a photo of the completed work!!

    As luck would have it, after just finishing replacing our boiler & tankless water heater from the August rainstorms, I noticed a leak in the basement. Evan & his team in the plumbing division of Climate Design arrived the next day & saved the day! They found a leak in the upstairs bathroom in the wall. To get to that leak, the wall had to be opened in my bedroom. In addition, they had to open the wall on the first floor in my foyer. However, they wanted to do as little damage as possible so the wall & ceiling were opened in two coat closets. I was saved from a big mess there. It was tough to work in such a small area but John made it happen & replaced all those pipes in the ceiling & wall. We decided it was time to replace all of our pipes in the basement so we would have no future problems. I can’t thank Evan & his team enough for all they did for us.     I have used Climate Design Systems for years for maintaining my boiler and A/C systems. All of the techs are very knowledgeable and professional. Their service is top notch and have great prices. Everyone at this company is easy to talk to and are very transparent on what your options are if it comes to replacement or fixing your current unit! Great company!

    Climate design has been an excellent experience in helping us repair our furnace and heat system. We have used their service many times and whether it was for our hearting system or AC they have always been accommodating , on time, and done an excellent job each and every time. This past week we had a problem with our furnace and they came and fixed our issue with professionalism and quickness. It was 10 degrees out when I called on a Sunday morning when our furnace wasn’t starting and climate design was here within 2 hours and got our furnace up and running in a half an hour. Steve was great and came and fixed the issue with quick response. I highly recommend Climate design for anyone in need of home or business repairs in their HVAC or heating needs. Joe Angelari

    Ive used this company for 8 years at several homes, and have been consistently beyond thrilled with their service. Service tech Brian called ahead to let me know he would arrive EARLY (!), was polite, professional, and thorough, and explained everything to me in laymens terms. He also took the initiative to research the age of my equipment, and when I asked an obscure question, he said he didnt know but would (and did!) find out. He even had to chase down a replacement for an outdated part, and I was still only charged the quoted price which includes a year warranty on the work. Great customer service and comfort knowing my home heating system is in good hands!

    I had climate come and install a ductless split in a new addition I built in 2018. They came out during framing to plan the install and do prep work. At the right stage of construction they came out and completed the install in a few hours.The system doubles as a heat pump and keeps my sunroom warm and cool. Best of all they come back from time to time for service checks on my ductless system as well as my other core home HVAC systems. As a hands on person myself I always want to know what they’re doing and the tech was always more than willing to share tips and tricks.I’ll continue to have climate design come back for work.Also, I hired them for some plumbing service to move some propane lines and run a standpipe drain for my water softener system. Great to have multiple services from a single provider.

    I recently used Climate Design new plumbing service to replace an old tired looking tub/shower enclosure with a walk in shower. I have been looking for close to a year get this project done and have run into more road blocks.. the job is too small, you live to far away, you can’t have a walk in shower up here, it was both overprice and under priced … but I got none of that with Climate Design. Jake, Paul and Mitch were all a pleasure to work with. Paul and Mitch were perfect gentlemen and respected my home. They completely lined my stairs and upstairs with heavy paper as to not ruin my hardwood floors. Mitch made sure when he was mudding and sanding that he contained as much of the dust in the bathroom. He always cleaned up after himself by sweeping and vacuuming. . Both always set my expectations as to what would be accomplished each day – I was promised that I would be able to use the new walk in shower the next day and the promise was kept. The installation went much smoother than I expected – I was expecting plumbing issues or flooring issues – there were none. I now have a beautiful walk in shower and a bathroom that makes be smile every day. I am so glad that I went with Climate Design and would not hesitate to use them for other plumbing jobs.

    Called first thing in the morning because my furnace went out in the middle of the night. They were able to get me a same day appointment in the morning and fixed my issue within minutes.     Just a follow up on Ductless Split installed 3 years ago, system is still purring like a charm, install still looks great and no issues, highly recommend upgrading to one it you have not already.     I called late at night and spoke with a guy named Jake and told him about my situation with my burner and the light blinking and my burner not consistently working. So the OIL gauge I had somehow stopped reading and my tank went dry and sludge and grime was apparently flooding the filter. I didnt know this at first. He walked me through a few troubleshooting steps but once I FAILED at those he immediately called his tech Steve. Steve I remembered had been to my house once before to do a yearly cleaning. He came by that same night at 9PM to double check the situation. He concluded that the issue started with the tank going empty and sending sludge through the line. The other more concerning issue was coming from my Chimney. Without Steve knowing about how Chimneys work I dont think I would have ever found out about the issue. So they referred me to 5* guy who came to the house the following day cleaned and gutted the whole chimney. Once he was finished Jakes team was back at the house resetting the burner and just like that my house was on its way back up to 70* after being at 50* for about 2 days! These guys go above and beyond and their knowledge of the systems and also their attention to detail is remarkable. Jake and Steve from Climate Design Systems earned a client for life and it seems like theyre a great company to do business with!

    We had central air installed on our second floor by Climate Design Systems. The crew headed by Mark & Mike were professional throughout the entire process. Additionally, they reconnected an exhaust vent in the bathroom that had become disconnected just because it needed to be done. They arrived on time and cleaned up daily. They answered all of our questions gracefully. I would recommend using this company. The guys are fantastic. Also, iIt was a bonus that they accept charge cards as we were able to accumulate additional reward points for travel!

    Recently, we relied Climate Design Systems to update our old oil burner to a new gas heating system. The whole project included removing the old oil burner, installing the new equipment, and replumbing the pipes.We were 100 % satisfied with the work done by Evans team (Paul, John, and Scott ).
