I absolutely love Freeman oil! I’ve been a customer for almost 13 years. I use them for my oil deliveries and have not had any issues. What I love most is their excellent customer service all the way down to the technicians. They are always friendly, responsive and professional. I’ve needed Freeman Oil for services outside of oil delivery quite a few times and I have to say they have not been a disappoint. They respond right away regardless of the time of day. Most of my emergency calls have been after hours, middle of the night. This last call this week, after hours, Freeman oil once again saved the day!!! Fast response, excellent customer service, knowledgeable technicians that were professional and did a job well done!!! Thank you for your excellent customer service and your commitment to being the best provider to your customers!!!! I highly recommend this company for your provider!

Just had to share! At 5:30 a.m., my husband found out that our heat was not working. He fiddled with it for a bit, and at 6 a.m. he called Freeman Fuel and got their answering service. By 7:15, a serviceman was here, and replaced the part. Voila! Heat!I am a devoted customer of Freeman Fuel Co Inc because this is typical of their service! They have serviced our heating for the last 22 years, including minor repairs and a full furnace replacement. They have courteous employees and are incredibly responsive. Two thumbs up!

Central air conditioning just put in they did a fabolous job. Very neat. Price was best I found. Freemans has done my heating in the past and also very good service. I will be putting in a ductless unit in a 4 season porch maybe next year and they will be getting my business most definitely. Thank you Freemans Fuel.

Excellent customer service. Theyre always prompt with their oil delivery. I have been their customer for about 4 years now. They replaced my oil boiler and did an excellent job with the installation and hauling the old one away. They also quickly replced my water heater that failed unexpectedly and flooded the basement. They were very quick to come out and assess the situation and install the new one within 2 days.

Freeman Fuel is OUTSTANDING!! Very responsive and extremely professional. I called for a problem with my boiler and they came out right away. The technician that came out diagnosed the problem very quickly and the repairs were done same day. I highly recommend them.

Great AC service. They just finished up a wonderful ductless unit that will heat and cool my garage and basement. I spoke to John initially then his son Brandon. They had their crew here within a week and price was just where I needed it to be. Thanks again if you read this.
