When I called Caron heating and cooling after trying other plumbing companies, I thought I was going to get the same response which was “we can come out next week”. As soon as I explained my situation Nate who was the technician showed up right away. I was so happy to know that there was that much level of care. I was so happy with the service Nate provided as my technician and how friendly and kind he was. He explained everything to me on what the issue was and gave me a speedy timeline on when my system will be fixed as well as up and running. From the first initial call with the representative who was amazing and caring over the phone, to the technician, I recommend Caron to anyone needing any work done. Thank you for taking care of me. I will be using their services again in the future.

Communication with this company is great, they are very on top of customers needs. Nate was my technician, and he was fantastic. Very professional and knowledgeable. I was more than happy to sign an agreement to have Caron H&C take over as my HVAC company!!!

Caron heating installed a new furnace and AC system in 2023 and have been providing great service with any minor issues with the system. No issues with the AC and minor low pressure switch issues with the furnace. Andrew, a service technician employed by Caron has been great to work with. He explains the details of the job before doing the work, mindful about wearing shoe covers and cleaning up after the job. He also remembers I have a pet and is always kind to give her a pat before starting his work. Overall, great employee and company.

I have been a customer of Caron’s for about 3 years. I have had them do a repair/replacement of an instant hot water system and have had a maintenance contract with them for my heating, ac and water heater. My experience with them has been outstanding! Making appointments, being on time, performing maintenance (like changing filters) has been easy. The 3-4 members of their staff who have been to my home were polite, pleasant and efficient. I cannot say enough good things about Caron’s!

I never write reviews, mainly because I have a full-time job, three kids, and about 1,000 other things I have to do every day. However, I would be remiss if I didnt give a shout out to this company. From start to finish, every single person I have worked with has been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Meagan from the office is so nice and provided me a lot of good information about how their company works. Our technician provided insight on the units Ive had for about 10 years that nobody had ever told me before. They provided maintenance on my units and found a few other repairs that needed to be made to make my system run more efficiently. Even the systems they have are great! I got a text the day before the appointment to remind me, and I got a text when the technician was on his way. The best part - it has his picture! I work in communications and while it may seem simple, that is a huge selling point for customers. Knowing who would be showing up at my door gave me huge peace of mind. I will be calling Caron Heating and Cooling again for all my HVAC needs.Keep up the good work guys!

I placed a call to Caron heating when it was noticed my old boiler developed a heat exchange leak so we knew it was time to replace it.Neil arrived, at the time they stated, and did a sizing assessment and provided a detailed quote.The Caron install crew replaced our condensing boiler with a neat, clean assembly.The guys were polite, professional and considerate.I hate to admit it but I think the area of work was cleaner when they left than when they arrived.This morning my wife was surprised how much quicker the hot water came up compared to our last one.I would not hesitate to call Caron with heating and cooling needs.This review is being placed by a retired hvac service tech, so trust me, theres no run around with this company.

My central air conditioning wasn’t working. I made an appointment with a company I’ve used before. They never showed or even contacted me. I called Caron after seeing their trucks everywhere and hearing a lot of positive feedback from others in my area. I was able to get an appointment quickly and just before a heatwave started. They were phenomenal with their communication and I was kept up to date with when the technician would arrive. Andrew answered all my questions about my current situation and when I asked about replacing my unit in the near future I was given an assortment of options. I never felt pressured that I needed to buy now. Their prices are also better than the other comp used before. Caron is my go to hvac company now.

Andrew diagnosed the system and determined the compressor was bad. After going through the warranty process they ordered the replacement and scheduled service ASAP. Nate and Andrew worked quickly and repaired the system. Caron will be the first call I make with any Heating or cooling concerns in the future.

We had to replace the entire AC system for our second floor recently and as always Caron team went above and beyond to get it done in the most professional and kind way. After our wonderful technician Nate identified the problem, the office reached out to me immediately to explain the options in a very straightforward and thoughtful way, and tried their best to accommodate our schedule. The team came within days to install the new system and the whole process was extremely smooth and worry free. Tony, Josh and the entire installer team are extremely considerate and hardworking. They got it done in three days and Nate came again to check to make sure everything is okay. We got the brand new AC working right before the extreme hate hits which has run beautifully to shelter us from the extreme heat, thanks to Caron!

We have been working through some adjustments that needed to be made with the switch over from a standard AC to heat pump and they have been great at helping to make those adjustments. After speaking with Stacy from Caron Heating & Cooling and a visit from Chris to review our home needs the list was no longer needed!! Stacy answered all our questions, provided a contractor to assist in removing our living room wall ac unit. Chris was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and provided 3 options for us to select from after understanding what we were looking to accomplish. Stacy kept us updated through the whole process and contacted us on the final day of install to see how we were doing with our new integrated system! Stacy made sure were we offered a training session two days after our install to answer any additional set up questions we had. All Caron office team members we spoke with via phone were friendly and professional. The team members who came during the install were very respectful of our home. Good things come to those who wait. From the quote, to planning, and install the Caron team was top-notch. As an example, the initial quote included a mini split unit rather than a floor unit (which is more expensive). When their team came to plan the job, they determined a mini split would not perform well enough and did not charge extra for the floor unit! They are honest, fair, hard working, and very talented! Admittedly, it took a little longer than expected to get them in for the install but it’s clear to me it was because the install team takes their time and does the job right. If this happens to you, do not be discouraged - they are 100% worth the wait. They stayed in touch the whole time and so I was not surprised. Really cannot say enough good about Caron. You’ll be happy with the choice.

Had a heat pump installed to replace my 15 year old central air conditioner (which had a small leak in the coil, which resulted in multiple freeze-ups and requiring multiple recharges). The heat pump will replace the air conditioner in the summer, plus it also provides heat in the winter.I got several bids, and the price from Caron Heating and Cooling was excellent. Their installation was done on schedule, in 1 day, and very neat work. All that together is worth a 5 star review...but wait, theres more!The included thermostat I expected to be a decent modern new thermostat. It instead was an eco Bee thermostat, with an extra sensor, thats controllable from my cell phone anywhere! (I bought an additional sensor on Amazon, so the temp is now controlled based on my actual bedroom temperature at night, and my actual kitchen/family room temperature during the daytime, not the temperature measured at the thermostat in the upstairs hallway.). This was an awesome unexpected upgrade from what I expected for the thermostat for them to include with this project (included in the price.)And MORE still...Stacy at Caron Heating and Cooling did all the work to apply for the $10,000 rebate check, which I got in the mail a couple of days ago!!! Usually I do rebates like that myself (which is a lot of work) and I was a little nervous letting somebody else deal with all the forms and details, but she did it all, perfectly! With that rebate included, this was a phenomenal value.I strongly recommend Caron Heating and Cooling!

The primary Caron installers, John and Mike, were both polite and professional. They worked really hard to get everything done in four days, as planned. All our questions were answered with patience. Everyone who came to our home was friendly and busy, effectively and efficiently moving the project along. Our tankless water heater stopped working. We called Caron and they were able to come out right away. The technician, Dan, was terrific. He looked at the system and immediately knew what was wrong, knew how to fix it, and started making the right calls to get the parts. He was calm and confident through the entire process and made us feel very at-ease about the problem not being catastrophic. He fixed it the next day when the parts came in, and he did it in less time than projected. His experience and expertise was also critical in being able to save us a little money off the original estimate. Ive been using Caron for more than 10 years now and they never let me down.They even trouble shoot control circuits down to the component level so they don’t charge for a complete controller unit.I used all the larger companies in the past and they all are too big and service is lacking. They send technicians right out of school and they are not trained properly. Caron uses very experienced technicians and it shows, especially for oil burner service.I don’t do a lot of reviews but feel the need to do this one. I will only hire Caron from now on.

This review is long over due… At the onset of one of last summers many heat waves, my elderly mother in law discovered that her central air conditioning would not blow cold air. I didn’t know of a service in her area so I found Caron through a google search (and crossed my fingers.) Not only did they get to her home that same day, they found the source of the problem quickly (rodent nest in the outdoor equipment) and had her ac running within a couple of hours. She felt very comfortable with the Caron repairman who was patient and courteous to her as well as careful of her home and property. To say she was happy with the experience is an understatement!
