    John Carapella installed our electric for our heat pump installation, as well as fixed some old wiring and put in some outlets. John and his assistance, Chris, were kind, on time, and communicative. John was flexible with timing when I needed him to be, and was patient with my various (probably dumb) questions. His prices are fair. Ill be using Johns services in the future.

    We hired John to remove a Tesla wall charger from our old house and install it on our new one. Not only was he super accommodating to our schedules but also he saved us from being ripped by another electrician who attempted to get us to update the electric panel, which was completely unnecessary. John was punctual and did a beautiful job on the day scheduled. We are very happy with his work and highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a reliable and honest electrician.

    We having been using Carapella Electric for our residential electric needs since 2002. John and his staffs work has proved to be superior since that time. Importantly, whenever there is an emergency, John is always available. Leave him a message and he gets right back to you. John is professional, efficient and friendly. We could not ask for a better electrician.

    Recently had John over to install Home Charger for my Ford Mach-E. We used him a few years ago to redo our electrical panel and upgrade the service and he did a phenomenal job. I reached out to Qmerit who ford recommends and they had had me to take a bunch of photos and put in a bunch of information quoted me starting at 799! John came by and took a look and quoted me at half that price! He did an awesome job and is super personable! A real stand up guy and business! I highly suggest them for any of your electrical needs.

    We wanted to install recessed lighting in the bedrooms. I called John and left him a message. He responded quickly. John came over to the house and saw what we wanted and gave us a free estimate within a day. I compared pricing and Carapella electric had the best one. We set a day and John came in with his team and completed the job. They covered the rooms and furniture. They were very friendly, clean and quick. My wife and I felt at ease talking with him. We used his lights and chose our own switches that he installed. Some outlets and closet lights were also swapped out . He did an amazing job and we are truly happy with the results. We would recommend him highly to anyone and will be using him again in the future.

    John came to give us an estimate for updating our kitchen lights. We had recently remodeled the counters and the back splashes so there were challenges. John found creative solutions and did a neat job of making us happy. When he was able tosave time and materials.     We woke up to the smell of smoke in the basement…the breaker tripped and the smoke cleared. I called Carapella and he was at my home before noon. John and Chris went to work tracing down the problem and found the short in a faulty junction box. Carapella is professional, fast and neat. They are the best!

    I Highly recommend John Carapella Electric. John is very knowledgeable in all facets of electrical work. John has many years of Electrical experience. John gave me a reasonable flat fee estimate for my list of electrical work. When John was on the job I asked him about some additional electrical work. He provided me with a flat fee price and completed the additional work. He recommended and brought ALL the fixtures and parts needed to complete the work. ALL the fixtures and parts were QUALITY products. The work looks EXCELLENT. Chris his Assistant Electrician was also Excellent. Carapella Electric can fix all your electrical issues for a reasonable fee.

    Used Carapella electric to replace an outdated fuse box in my condo, and very happy with the results. John was punctual and did great work. He also took the extra time to do a clean job, so good you couldn’t tell any work was done on the wall. Would highly recommend and will be using in the future.

    I called Carapella Electric to restore power to my detached garage. I was able to set up an appointment for the following morning. John arrived on time and quickly located a broken underground cable from the house that had been damaged during a recent fence installation. He installed an underground splice and a new cable into the garage, and replaced the dirt and grass from the dig. As a courtesy he also adjusted a couple of motion detectors and directed their lights to focus on my property and not my neighbors. The price was reasonable and everything is working properly. I expect to call him again to install ground fault interrupt outlets in the garage and on the exterior of the house.

    We hired John to install an electric line in our fireplace (we were converting our old fireplace over to gas) as well as to install an electric box in a closet for us. John is an absolute professional - shows up when he says he is going to, did an absolutely fantastic and clean job, and let me know how everything will be setup.As we have more electrical projects around the house - without a doubt we will be giving John a call. His assistant Chris also was greatThey installed an electric pool Heat pump, for us, I thought it was going to be a big mess, but john assured me it would be fine, and it was.     My aunt called me when she needed an electrician. She said she had called around and they were either too busy or she left a message and they didnt call back. I looked on the internet and found Carapella Electric. They had 5 reviews, all were excellent. And now I know why. My aunt is not tech savy so Im writing this based on what she said. First, unlike the others, my aunt spoke to a person when she called. She gave her information and John called back within 10 minutes. He was very nice and took his time to listen to my aunts situation. His most impressive trait is his ethics. Unlike other people, he honors his commitments. He keeps his appointments and on the occasion that he is running late, he calls as soon as possible to let you know. He goes out if his way to help. Even if this is his first time working for you, he treats you like family. When replacing a doorbell, the one he had didnt match my aunts decor. He went to a store and purchased a new cover that was a match. He explains everything in terms you understand and doesnt sell anything. He is a true professional from the old days. If you need an electrician, listen to my aunt, and look no further. You wont be sorry.

    John and his team recently installed a Tesla Wall Connector on my exterior brick wall. Excellent work, exactly how I wanted it done and the price is great for the quality of work. A couple years ago John upgraded my electric service and installed a new panel and while he was on the ladder he offered to prune the top of the tree top that was getting close to the service lines free of charge - he goes above and beyond. John is an honest and dependable guy and is on site doing the work. They do really neat work and spend time to answer any questions or address any concerns. I highly recommend Carapella Electric

    All I can say is wow! John did a tremendous amount of work in our home (upgrades, high hat installation, replacement of outlets, running new outlets, flood lights, you name it he did it).
