    I had a plumbing issue the day after Christmas, I called 24 owl home services, and they responded quickly. Anthony the plumber showed up with booties on his boots to protect our floors. And he diagnosed the plumbing issue immediately. He was very professional and polite. And was very efficient. When he finished is also cleaned up after himself. And the price was right.

    The magic is in the ownership. They could have had the opportunity to charge me more for a service I didn’t need but saw the simple solution actioned and fixed my problem. Definitely will have my business for the long run. They also came back from a faucet job to check in and ensure their secondary quote for what I thought would be a 700$ job was accurate and again realized it was a simple setting that he fixed and didn’t charge me for the follow up. Anthony is a good guy.

    Anthony came by my home to discuss options for water filtration. He took the time to explain all the options in detail and was very patient with all the questions I was asking. It is a bigger project so need more time to determine the best option from the ones he provided. I had then remembered I needed plumbing help with another problem. Anthony without issue was willing to spend the extra time to address and got me a quote soon after. We will be moving forward with the service on that issue. So far very happy with the service Anthony and 24 Owl has provided so far.

    Anthony came to my home and was very clean and he assessed the plumbing issue I had with my kitchen sink drain. And he did an excellent job repaired the pipe.     Hire 24 OWL!!!! They are reliable, trustworthy, and do a fantastic plumbing job. They did the job in a little over an hour! More than quick and efficient.     I had Russell, the electrician from 24 OWL, install a timer for an outdoor light. 24 OWL was extremely impressive from the time I first called to get information to well after the installation was completed. Russell came over to give an estimate and arrived on time. They actually send texts and call you when the technician is on the way. Russell was so friendly, knowledgable and patient with all of my questions. The estimate was extremely fair so I decided to go ahead. We set up an appointment for the installation of the timer he recommended and, again, the communication from the office as to his arrival time was outstanding. Russell completed the job efficiently and neatly, and I am really pleased with my new timer (that actually knows when the sun is coming up and setting!). Totally hands off which is what I was looking for. I received a phone call from the office after the installation AND a few days later to see if I was pleased. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend 24 OWL.

    I highly recommend 24 Owl Home Services. They do plumbing, electric and HVAC. Best of all, they are local to Bellmore and Merrick. We need to keep supporting small and local businesses!They have now completed multiple jobs in our house (none were easy) and are absolutely amazing (probably sick of us by now, lol). We have dealt with Anthony (and AJ) for our plumbing issues, Russell (and Gianni) for our Electrical issues, and John for our Oil burner tune up. Unlike some other companies, that will charge you just to walk in the door, 24 Owl gives FREE ESTIMATES!The work that has been completed, and the communication has well exceeded our expectations all around. This includes Jacqueline (special shout out), who has gone above and beyond with maintaining contact with us regarding appointments, and even following up afterwards, to make sure that we were satisfied. They are well educated and skilled in their respective fields. They are also all friendly, caring, punctual, dedicated, polite, reliable, informative, respectful, considerate, professional, reasonably priced and most of all trustworthy.They are licensed and insured and will match other licensed and insured companies. They offer discounts. You just have to ask them about it. Plus they will combine discounts too.They also offer a super affordable annual contract (compared to all other companies), that includes all 3 services (Plumbing, Electric and HVAC), wrapped up in just one low contract price of only $149. We purchased it immediately, as it was a no brainer. Other companies want you to purchase a separate contract for each service (electric, plumbing and HVAC). Other companies are also more than double the price for just a single contract. The contract well paid for itself already. 24 Owl is also WAY less expensive for the jobs than other companies.These guys are fantastic, and their communication is on point. Everyone so far has been so amazing and so nice and friendly. They took their time to make sure that we fully understood the issues we were facing, and carefully explained (in detail) the safest (and most affordable) solutions available. You can see how much they love what they do, and it shows in their work ethic. I know we will be needing more work done, and there is no one else I would trust more.If anyone wants to know what jobs were done, feel free to contact me.     Anthony changed a waste line in the crawl space because we had a cracked pipe. I was impressed by his work and consideration, that upon his recommendation, he then replaced all the copper piping with pex, again in the crawl space.
