What a great company and team! From my first call to the completion of the replacement of my electrical panel and addition of an extra kitchen outlet, Eric, Kathy, JR, and Jared were exceptional in service, professional ethics, and all are such warm and polite people to have work on this big, little project for me. My home is 1949 vintage and they put in the modern electrical panel to replace my old fuse box including all the details of the project, so I had no concerns or details to deal with, they handled everything! I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, kindness, and honesty of both JR and his team. They arrived exactly when they said they would and diagnosed my issue right away. I highly recommend Eric and his team! From scheduling with Kathy to JR and the rest of his team it is an easy, professional experience. We have hired this company for EVERYTHING from installation of lights to a full remodel and I have been nothing but happy with their service. JR came highly recommended by our plumber. We have a new house that had an outlet box with no outlet in our garage. JR and his partner identified the problem and installed an outlet all within in 15 minutes. Very glad we called Eco for help. $290 for a service call out in Horseshoe Bend on a few days notice and problem completely solved = well worth it!! Highly recommend JR and Eco!!

I had Eco Electric out to replace recessed lighting in the kitchen, add new smoke detector covers with 10-year batteries, put a special water proof cover on the back outdoor electric outlet and install a flood light that comes on at dusk and off at dawn. JR came out earlier than scheduled and had the work all done even before the original scheduled time. These guys and gals are friendly, knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have and explain what is needed. They are very knowledgeable. They also like my dog and she likes them. Of course, she loves everybody but in this case she is an excellent judge of people. I will not use anybody else for my electrical needs and will definitely recommend them to everybody.

I’ve used Eco Electric for 6-7 years and they have always exceeded my expectations. Eric runs a great business! JR has done 4 or 5 different projects for me and is a superb electrician and fun to have around. I will not use any other electrical contractor. His knowledge and experience really show when figuring out an issue or determining how to fix a problem. Kathy, the office manager, is extremely pleasant to talk with, has great customer service skills and is the most helpful person when making appointments and keeping me up to date on arrival times, etc.

I contacted Eco Electric for pricing and installation of an electrical box on our patio for a fan, Eric came by within the day, gave me a competitive quote and the following week, (this week) JR and Dane did the installation. Great guys to work with and they also helped me figure out some other work that I will be doing. This company was knowledgeable, capable and willing to work with me on previous projects. I seems all of the employees I have dealt with have the same great can-do attitude, very refreshing. Cant say enough, Thanks.

Highest marks to Eco Electric. They came out quickly even though it was late in the day. Eric was very respectful of my home and was very thorough in his analysis of the problem. I especially appreciate that he carefully explained the issue to me without being the least bit condescending which some men can be to an old woman like me. I am completely satisfied with the work and will definitely call on them for any future electrical problems.

Eric and his team are true professionals. They are prompt responsive and honest. I had an attic fan installed and some wiring removed. They were able to get me on the schedule in less than a week, and Eric went over everything with me ultimately saving me money (I was thinking two attic fans but there was no need for my size house). I appreciate a good honest company who doesnt try to upsell, and thats exactly what ECO electric is. Give them a try you wont regret it.

They were able to schedule us in pretty quickly, their electricians did a great job, were easy to work with and cleaned up afterward, and their manager/receptionist offered to come to the house for about an hour and a half when we had to be away. Now that is beyond the call of duty! I would definitely recommend their work, and will use them again.

Outstanding customer service! Kathy answered my call and was organized and fun. An electrician was able to fit my job into his schedule the same day! Working with Ecoelectric to find and repair an intermittent power-outage problem was a great experience. The problem was identified, addressed and I was confident knowing that if the problem reoccured or persisted that Ecoelectric would come back at no additional charge to make sure the problem was handled. I will refer Ecoelectric to anyone who needs help with electrical issues in their home or business!!
