Preston, Colleen and the crew installed a roof mounted solar system for me. They were able and willing to explain how it works and answered all of my questions. They had my system installed within ten days of signing the contract. They are friendly and capable. I recommend BDE without hesitation.

The invert went out a year ago, I called Solar Edge and No one would help me to get it fixed, of course they wanted to sell me more panels, they told me I needed to call the installer? They did the install, I had no idea who they contracted to do the install. After calling every Solar company around the area, a 5 month process, trying to find anyone that could help me. Black Diamond electrical was the only Solar company that would return my call. They called Solar edge got a new one still on warranty, installed it at no charge. Well it went out again and Black Diamond took the bull by the horns and took care of me again. All the electricians they sent to my house were wonderful, respectful, and ordered me a new one it’s installed again and I’m back on solar. I wouldn’t go to any other company besides Black Diamond electrical for any of my electrical work from now going forward.Thank you very much 👍

Black Diamond Electric is a top notch solar installation company. They made all the red tape-permitting etc-hassle free.My panels were installed in 1.5 days. Every member of the crew was so professional and friendly and respected our property.Communication was outstanding and I could tell the crew was super safe in respect to the job being done. Not a single piece of debris was left in my yard. They wanted to make sure there was nothing left behind that my dogs could chew up. I really appreciated that.Can’t wait for Idaho Power to give us the green light!

We had our solar system installed by BDE. The crew was very personable and answered our questions as they were doing the install. They completed it in less than a day. As soon as the inspection was completed our system was up and running. We have not had to pay for electric power since. I fully recommend Black Diamond Electric for their installation and support. We did not buy our system from them, but I understand that they are now selling systems as well.
