The salesman was very professional. He made recommendations on our personal needs. The gentleman who came to take measurements was also very professional. He explained what the people were going to do. He was very helpful. Today the two men arrived on time. They took great care to protect my floors and carpet. They worked very hard and didn’t stop until the job was finished. I was asked where to place the shelf and safety bars. They gentlemen cleaned up the area. They went over when we could use the shower, cleaning it, and the things that would break the contract. I am sure, we will enjoy our new shower.

They have a great product. They stand behind their products. The warranty is genuine. Had a problem after around 10 years with our shower, called them. They came out here and practically replaced the whole thing for free. I am considering them for my second bathroom.

The whole process was GREAT! The sales professional Troy McDonald was very nice and knowledgeable. The inspector Bruce, was very nice. The installer Jonathan, worked very hard and did a great job. He worked a long day to finish as he knew I really needed it completed for several reasons. I’m very pleased and glad everything went smoothly!

It really changed the look of my bathroom.Joshua was my installer and he was such a pleasant guy. He made sure everything was done actually above what they require.I have no more bathrooms to update but if I did, Clay Kline my Sales Consultant at Bathfitter would be my first call.

We have had a bathfitter tub liner and shower wall in my guest bath for many years. The product is beautiful, durable, and easy to maintain. They all were very professional. Answered all questions I had and werent pushy in trying to sell there product. If your so lucky to get Marvin to come to your house and place your new bathroom in your have one awesome fellow. Professional, friendly and does an excellent job. An WOW! he is a man that cleans up behind himself. I didnt have to do anything but foot the bill. For a stranger I would gladly let him in the house with no questions asked. The folks I dealt with were nice, helpful and got the job done.

He accidentally bumped my towel holder which was not Properly connected to the wall. He fixed it for me and that was not part of his job description.
