Mr. Sherman was asked at 7:00 AM to come look at a water leak into my home due to heavy rain. He immediately responded and came and inspected the likely leak areas. He walked the roof in heavy rain and determined where the water is getting into home. He ensured during his visit that water stay away from the cracked flashing side and advised that no sooner the rain will stop and the roof is dry, he will get it fixed permanently.Thanks Sherman for responding to my distress call and help to mitigate water leakage inside home!All stars….

He checked all the areas of concern and provided information about roof. Although, the roof is about 2 hours old; I had a lot of questions being a new homeowner. The representative answered all questions. This business has exceptional customer service and I will most definitely recommend them.
