For replacing my heating system, I needed to remove and replace my bathroom ceiling (where the air handler was). The quote from Marcio was reasonable, but I was very impressed with the good communication, the amount of work he had to do (it was my first construction project, so wasnt sure what to expect) and the diligence with which it was done.The demolition was surprisingly quiet (I was working from home during it) and was completed with basically no trace. Lines at top of wall were clean cuts and the preparation (tarp/paper everywhere) and cleanup afterwards were very good - it was cleaner than it started.For the rebuild, he added insulation like wed agreed, but was also good with adding an extra hatch (no price change) for access to a small pipe (in addition to the large hatch needed for the air handler access) and also changing the frame slightly to accommodate a building project (where they were changing angle of the exiting water pipes).New ceiling has metal frame, plaster and he also repainted not only the ceiling, but the entire bathroom (floor to ceiling walls).While working in there, he noticed a small leak in my toilet and fixed it by replacing one of the screws (without my asking).I was very happy with his responsiveness to questions and flexibility when certain aspects of the project changed. His team was all friendly and professional and very clean. The project did go longer than I initially expected, but I guess thats typical with construction.Highly recommend, especially if youre local to Medford, as I am.

Marcio was pleasant and professional to do business with. I needed my garage roof and fascia to be replaced. Marcio informed me of some unforeseen damage and took care of it at minimal cost. Marcio does exceptional work and is very fair with his cost. I highly recommend him and I plan on hiring him for more work in the future.

Marcio and his subcontractors were great to work with. He was very professional and organized with our bathroom remodeling. He was responsive with answering texts and emails quickly and did a great job communicating dates/times of when he would arrive and with what the next step of our project would be. He was a good listener and understood our needs and was able to give us options for our requests. He did an amazing job and left our house very clean and tidy each day he worked as if a renovation was not even happening at our house. We will absolutely hire Marcio again and refer his company to our friends and family!

Marcio is just great. Prompt, does beautiful work, efficient, and leaves everything very tidy. Hes also a very nice guy, fair, and clearly wants to make his customers happy. I would recommend him to ALL OF YOU!

Really Great Carpenter! Ive had him do three projects now and hes done them with craftsmanship and pride. Completely rebuilt ou two front porches. You could park a car on it its so strong! And his pricing is very fair. Thanks Marcio!
