We needed a new kitchen faucet, purchased at George Morlan, to be installed in place of the existing one and that one to replace the laundry room faucet. The first plumber I called had an issue with his truck and promised to call me back to reschedule our appointment. Four days later, after he failed to respond, I called Gormley. Nicole was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She was able to schedule me the next morning and gave me a quote while assuring me that it was probably higher than necessary but not wanting to under-quote. About 30 minutes later she called back and said there had been a cancellation and someone could be there in about half an hour. That was perfect. Rick showed up and within an hour the job was completed and at more than half the quoted price. Both Nicole and Rick were great and we will use Gormley for any future plumbing needs.

We had a water shut off valve installed. If the water in the house had to be shut off, the only shut off was at the main by the street. Also had another hose faucet installed on the side of the house. When they went under the house they found the pressure valve rusted (which they showed us after they took it off). They got a price and we had them replace. We just bought the house in October 2021 and thought we had low water pressure. The pressure is now great!!! Aaron and Brian were awesome, respectful, courteous, clean, answered all our questions and were very nice. They were very professional while at the same time explaining and showing us what they were doing. They also consulted us about different aspects of the job. I will always use Gormley and not hesitate to recommend them!!! Charlotte Wood

Our water heater stopped functioning and we were in need of immediate repair. Gormley Plumbing came out checked the problem determined a new water heater was needed set an appointment for the next morning sent Brian out with our new water heater got it installed in about 1 hour and we now have hot water. The efficient and courteous service at all points in this situation were admirable and we want to thank Gormley Plumbing and all of their employees for the way they took care of our needs.Thank You!!Stan and Janice Primozich

Had a plumber come out to remove 2 faucets and install 2 new ones. Plumber called ahead of time and was able to come early.Plumber was very experienced and professional.Very pleased with his work.

You hope that you never have to call a plumber. But when you do have to call one, you want one that is reliable and professional. Gormley plumbing never fails to deliver on both of those counts. We have had to call them for four major plumbing issues over the past 15 years, and every single time they have gotten a scheduled within 48 hours, dispatched staff to our home who were incredibly professional and did the job correctly the first time and quickly. The products that they offer are all top quality. We just recently had a toilet replaced and I am so happy with the replacement. I would absolutely recommend Gormley plumbing for anyone who lives in their service area.

I called Gormleys with a emergency repair to my water line. I was told because they where scheduled so far out I would have to wait or pay emergency hours which I agreed to because my water line was completely severed. About an hour after I called a plumber Aaron was able to finish a job early and come during regular hours saving me a great deal of money. We all know how expensive after hour emergency plumbing calls can be. Aaron didn’t have all the parts needed because he was coming directly from another job but went to his shop and had my water line fixed within 2 hours. I signed the bill and thanked Aaron and it was expensive but I was just happy to have the repair done so fast. About an hour after Aaron left he called me and explained he had accidentally overcharged me and he would be deducting the amount from my bill. I was very impressed with Aarons work ethic and honesty he did a great job and even though I had already signed off on the bill and agreed to pay he was honest and call to let me know he had accidentally overcharged and made it right. I will absolutely use Gormleys again if Aaron is available.

Our shower/tub plunger was very hard to use. It would move faucet out of tub wall. Pete came by and was very polite and professional. Gave me detailed explanation as to what needed to be done. Did excellent work at a very reasonable price. Thanks Pete.

I SHOULD have gone here 1st for service. I had a leak in a copper supply line The Scoundrels @ Roto-Rooter wanted to run a new water supply line from the street ~ $3600.00 - They put on a piece of rubber clamped around the leaking pipe - Charged $69.95 – SHOCKER IT DID NOT HELP This morning I called & Ed Gormley set me up for service. Bill arrived ~ 0920 & got to work – He welded in a sleeve & was done ~ 1130. Leak repaired. A MAJOR Plus rating for work done quickly cleanly etc. etc. – In the future I will only use Gormley Plumbing – Thank you

Found out our sump pump went out during a real heavy rainstorm. Went to the Parts department at Gormleys and Tim was super helpful in getting me set up with a new pump. Even help me switch over some piping from the old pump right there. Gormleys is very fortunate to have Tim as an employee. Thanks a bunch for helping me out.

Had a leaky shower in a house we havent owned long. Shaun from Gormley Plumbing showed us all sorts of stuff about our plumbing, drew a map of where our meter is, and helped me figure out how best to attack some plumbing projects around the house. And he was so sweet to our dog! I will never go anywhere else!

I needed a plumber to fix the Kitchen sink, one of their competitor said that I needed a 500+$ job on my sewage lines, Gormley came and snaked the line for 145$ and inspected the line letting me know that my sewage line was fine.Prompt, honest and effective, i can recommend this company with confidence.

Bill from Gormley Plumbing has been out to my elderly mothers place in Yamhill twice in the last couple of years. Both he and the office staff have been very responsive and helpful in their communications with my mother and me. I wouldnt consider calling anyone else for plumbing help in the Mac area.
