Initially called Frank for a second opinion on a hot water tank leak. He was very friendly and knowledgeable he explained his findings and different options in a way that his customers can understand. He even came out the same day. We ended up using him and his help to install a new water tank the next day. The work was completed in just a few hours. He gave a great price and definitely makes sure his customers are satisfied with his work. We will continue to use Franks Plumbing for any work. We highly recommend him and his team.

After this cold front and freeze everyone was dealing with busted pipes. I called Franks and the same day, within the hour Shane and Garen show up. The find and fix the problem in no time flat. Literally from the time I called them to the time it was complete it was less than 3 hrs. They were professional, informative and, respectful. Im will definitely only recommend Franks Plumbing in the future!!!

Very professional, I called Frank and asked for him to change my hot water heater. He gave me a great price. Fixed the problem from previous person to install the old hot water to heater. Great people skills, knows what he is doing. I will definitely call him next time and refer him to others

I replaced a water heater. The hot water pressure to the sink line was marginal. After I replaced it...it was super low. I dreaded that I might have to face a repiping.I called, Frank answered. I had Frank from Franks Plumbing out today to install my dishwasher, and he did a FANTASTIC job! I have dealt with many service providers before and this is the first time I can actually say Im 100% satisfied with the job that was done! It was not just the work to do the install, he was professional, had a great altitude, and did the job for the exact price he quoted me! I definitely have a new plumber!

We were visiting my Dad in McMinville Tn for Thanksgiving and the bath tub started backing up, then we discovered the drains backing up through the entire house. We called Frank and he hastily arrived to help us out, even on Thanksgiving morning. He was very professional and friendly and saved the Holiday for us. Thank you Frank.
