Had a plumbing emergency in my home and needed help fast! I called Mr. Rooters and was able to set up service that same day and the technician, Christian, ended up arriving sooner. I had a quote with options within minutes. Price was reasonable considering the situation and lets be honest most emergencies arent cheap! Christian was able to fix my issue that same day in a couple of hours and was very respectful and knowledgeable. Mr. Rooters saved the day!

Just had one of my restrooms plug up..I usually take care of issues like this myself but this was the first time I actually had “brown” water come back up into my bathtub. Fearing I had a major clog in my main drain line I called Mr. Rooter for a service call. Mr. Rooter was the only company that would service my area and lady who answered the phone was polite and prompt. She had the technician over to my house the following day at 12 noon. Eric, the technician, was very polite and after agreeing on an estimate he got right to work. Eric had to remove the toilet to get to the clog, and after what seemed like 20 mins he had the clog cleared. Eric also ran a snake through the bathtub to be sure I didn’t have other clogs in the restroom. Eric re installed the toilet, re applied caulk and cleaned up very well. Overall Eric was here for 2 hours and did an amazing job on clearing the clog. The price was reasonable but for the quality of the work and the promptness the price was a bargain. Also Mr. Roto offered a 3 month warranty on the work. Thank you Eric and Mr Rooter for professional service and excellent pricing.

Excellent service on every level. Within 30 minutes of calling for service Eric arrived at my home. Eric was professional, respectful, and courteous. He looked sharp and represented Mr. Rooter extremely well. As a recently retired upper-level manager with a national HVAC/Plumbing company I was particularly impressed with a well-defined process Eric followed from the time he arrived at my house until the successful completion of the service call. Whether driven by company training or by Erics own initiative (or both), the level of detailed explanation and performance as he went through the service call demonstrated a best-in-class approach to customer satisfaction and business reputation. Wow, what a great job. Done well. Everything works. We got to see what was actually wrong and how it would be repaired. Recieved full estimate before work began. After job began more damage was found (older home) our super repairman gave quickly gave us the new repair cost. Yes it cost, but after having numerous issues with other repair persons. This was easy. Our repairman could just fixed the simple pipe and shower handle, but he found other leaks. Could not be happierThank you Eric. 😊Other guys wanted to break the wall.

Mike and his partner were very professional and thorough explaining the whole process. It was expensive but worth it. They replaced the galvanized pipe with pex tubing, and replaced the fittings and added a bladder tank and shut off valve that is easily accessible. They also installed the water softener system I’d purchased.They provided excellent customer service and I am very happy with their service!

Called several plumbers but most were closed or would take a long time to come to my home. Alex at Mr. Rooter answered on the first try and was very kind and set up a tech visit.Plumber Erick showed up at my home 30 minutes later. Erick analyzed what needed to be done and gave me a fair quote .He finished the project quickly after getting the parts and was on his way.Erick is very professional and takes a lot of pride in his work. He is no nonsense and didnt waste any time. My sink hasn’t worked for three weeks. I finally broke down after trying everything I can to get my sink working and called the pros. Jeff showed up and clearly communicated what the plan was and was confident they could get it going again. They checked the pipes under my sink and then got to work fast. Under an hour and they were thanking me and taking off. Sink works great now and I even got tips to help mitigate the problem before it starts next time. Will definitely call these guys again if I have any issues. Friendly, knowledgeable and fast.
