Excellent service done by the whole team. Aylin answered all my questions that I had and was very prompt to call back when she said she would. The technicians came by that same day to fix my clogged plumbing and were very respectful. I think the techs name was Jovan; very nice guy. I even got a call from Mrs, Villarreal to follow up on the work that was done; I would definitely recommend.

Jovan and Josue did an outstanding job installing a trap to block unwanted odors. Thereafter, my mom continued to smell sewage especially at night. Mr. Villarreal exhausted all possibilities to take care of the problem. He and his staff are to be commended for their persistence to resolving the problem. A bit long: My main water shut off valve broke Saturday night. We did a quick fix and shut it off. Sunday found someone who could come fix on Monday. He never called or showed so I decided to Google and find J Villarreal plumbing had a 24hr phone number. It was in the evening and they answered. The lady that answered spoke Spanish and she was very patient with me since my Spanish is not so great. She was nice enough to get me another girl, Genesis, who was very pleasant and nice to translate for me. To my surprise, she said to just go check my problem was free! So because of my work, she was able to accommodate me for Wednesday afternoon between 4-430. Wednesday afternoon right before 4 the tech was ringing my doorbell and Genesis was calling me to let me kno they were at my house. I was about 3 minutes away and they patiently waited for me. I was impressed already. The techs Jovan and Andres were both very respectful and patient with my Spanish. They saw the pipe needing to be fixed, got on the phone with office and I got a quote and time estimate right away. Considering the urgency I hired them and they started right away. In about an hour they were done! They cleaned everything up and Jovan was nice enough to answer one more question before heading out. If needed, i will definitely be calling on them again. J Villarreal Plumbing is the best!! The kitchen sink pipes detached from the wall out to the drain lines, it had been leaking for days. I called them, they came, gave me quote immediately and did the work the same day. Unfortunately the sewer line backed up the next day, unbelievable! But fortunate enough they answer calls on Saturdays. They were able to schedule me for service, they came in and were quick to resolve the issue. I was relieved they took care of the problem and able to use my bathroom that same day. The office staff is fabulous! They listen to your concerns and find a way to assist you and above all very courteous. The technicians are polite, quick to do their work with no nonsense. If you are looking for great service and value they are the ones to call for your plumbing issues. I will definitely call them again (or a third time) to fix leaks around my house.

I called J Villarreal at 8:00AM to replace a water heater which was leaking. By 9:30AM, the technician was already at my house and working on the replacement. A couple hours or so later, he was finished. Genesis communicated with me throughout the entire process, and the technician Jorge and his assistant Andres were professional and thorough during the installation. Im grateful to the whole team for getting the job done!

J Villarreal Plumbing was excellent! I have been having issues in my master restroom for about a year and a half. One night I called Roto Rooter Plumbing for help..worst mistake.... they over charge and owed me work. I was rescheduled 5 times before someone came out to finish. Was going to consider them again for another job but again never showed up...I was furious.Then I found J Villarreal plumbing on Google....what a difference. I spoke to the owner personally....he had excellent customer service and was punctual. He was able to come out as he promised and completed the job fast. I am a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend hands down. Best experience and what a load of honestly. He mad every run smooth and was very clean. Will definitely save his number in case of emergency.

Great & Fast Quality service. Very uncommon situation but my wedding ring was flushed down the toilet. We have been married for 15years. I called JV plumbing, within hours their expertise team responded. They brought a camera and the necessary equipment, with these tools they were able to retrieve the ring without damaging the pipeline or anything else at my home. Excellent service!

1/26/2023 Today we had service done with J. Villarreal Pluming. We were stressed out with water leaks in our home and did not know where they were coming from. When George & Louis came out they looked around and sealed the back bathroom toilet and then noticed the water heater was leaking. They replaced the water heater and now hopefully we can get back to normal soon. They were great and worked well as a team. Very professional and efficient. Thank You guys for all your help. Our jacuzzi tub faucet handle would not shut off the water and we had to close water coming into the home to stop the flow of water. I wanted a local and licensed plumber and gave J Villareal Plumbing a chance. Immediately after calling I was told that they would come out the same day to which they did and not long after I made the call. The tech arrived at the home with the proper tools, including a mask!! He was able to address the problem and get us going again and while we have not replaced the roman tub faucet, we look forward to getting the job done again once we get the part. Overall the experience and service was great! I truly enjoyed getting a call from the owner who provided several options to help me get this done at the best price possible. I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs.

From the moment I called the manager was very nice and professional.I got an estimate from another company and they quoted me 1200 or more.I found Villarreal Plumbing and thats when everything changed i sent him a picture of the damage and i explained what my issue was he literally solved the issue with a picture.He sent his worker and he fixed our problem in 3 minutes and not only did he save me 1200 dollars. We didnt nearly spend that ! His worker was bilingual and that was great because my in laws speak spanish.From the beginning the manager wanted to save me money and did he EVER.I highly recommend this company they will do right by you and you can trust them to be honest and save you the most money they can.There is no point looking anywhere else for a plumber. Im a customer for life.

I had a gas leak at the pipes outside the house which was connected to our outdoor grill and pool heater. I called the number I saw on Google and Garbriel answered almost immediately. I didn’t have to wait on the line for long waiting for my call to be answered; that’s good because it shows the company is responsive. I was scheduled for a visit on the same day and I appreciate the updates on what time they’re coming and if they’re on their way. There was no charge fo the checkup of the problem and estimate, and I appreciate that because this kind of job doesn’t come cheap and I was on a budget. Once estimate was done, actual repair was scheduled the next day and another guy named Fernando came. He was thorough, professional, polite, and courteous. He did an awesome job! When the gas guy came to check on the gas and check the leak, there was no leak anymore! It was fixed! If you need a reliable plumber who is reasonably priced and not rip you off, plus does a great job, you have to call J Villareal Plumbing!

He even went on a Sunday and fixed something else for me and didnt charge me. You know nowadays know one will go on a Sunday. He was very honest and a very humble man!
