Several months ago I walked down to my basement and found saturated carpet. Our hot water heater had a massive failure and water was pouring onto our basement floor. We shut off the main service line, but we were without water, any water.Sean came out within hours to assess the situation and make a plan for replacement. On a weekend with family plans, he fit us in and got us back in business.I can’t say enough about Sean’s willingness to go above and beyond to meet our needs. This was our first business with Sean, but he’ll be our first call next time. -

Sean from SOS and his crew (Michael and Sean’s cousin Paul), helped me out tremendously by installing a water back up sump pump in my finished basement. I can sleep soundly knowing all my nick knacks and gadgets are safe and dry. I would highly recommend his services.
