What a fantastic company. They came out the same day we called. Cody was wonderful. Friendly, polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We will definitely use Merit Plumbing in the future.Cody came out today earlier than we expected😁 to put in a new sump pump and battery backup.What a nice guy. We thoroughly enjoyed having him here and he went above and beyond asking if we would like him to bring the old battery upstairs.I highly recommend Merit Plumbing. Cody we thank you!!!

A Huge Thanks to Jeff for scheduling Larry and Dylan to replace my sump pump. The nicest and most helpful men to explain things I need to know as a single woman. The entire job was finished within an hour and Merit Plumbing was prompt to take care of my needs. Forever Grateful for great service and kindness!

We had a competitor out to help with a couple of things we needed done in the house and they wanted to look under the house and gave us some suggestions and pricing. We then decided to call Merit Plumbing for a second opinion. We are so glad we did. We called and they came out the next day and looked over our drains under the house. They suggested the same thing as their competitor, but at a much more reasonable price. Larry, Dylan, and Cash were extremely professional and worked extremely hard on the drains and let us know that we were probably going to need to update our water lines too before we had a bigger issue after a small mishap. They were also extremely helpful in letting us know what could happen if we waited too long in updating the lines that were rusting through. After finishing up the water lines for us, they installed a new gas line for us.We cant recommend Merit Plumbing enough. Great local company with wonderful people! They will always be our first call!

I rarely write Google reviews. With that being said, I felt compelled to write one for Larry and Cash from Merit Plumbing. I have an old home that needed quite a bit of plumbing work. From the first phone call until the time they left, Larry and Cash were the ultimate professionals! I really appreciated their knowledge and how they walked me through everything they were going to do. What was even more impressive was their execution of the described work. I was very impressed with how well they worked together (I called them The Dream Team). They performed quality work very efficiently. It was a pretty complicated job and they were done with it in two, half-days. In addition, they were very nice and kept my house and basement clean. I would highly recommend Merit Plumbing! In fact, I have Larry and Cash coming back to do more plumbing work for me at the end of this month.

We had a sump pump go out and the backup was struggling to keep up. I called Merit Plumbing and Jeff pulled a service man off another job and had him here in 1/2 hour. Cody was very professional and knowledgeable. Pump was replaced and working before our basement flooded.5 stars + for Merit’s customer service and professionalism! And by the way, their price was better that the other 2 companies I called.

I had a plugged up sewer pipe. Called Merit Plumbing out and they sent out two terrific technicians with all the high end equipment to get the job done. My pipe had a weird bend in it so they had to go on the roof and send the auger down the vent pipe. Now that is going the extra mile. I would highly recommend Merit if you have any plumbing or drain problems. Great local company.

I had garage flooding from an outdoor drain being plugged. Jeff, Cody and Larry all came on time, spent hours helping me find the issue. Cleared 30+ feet. We made it across the street to the sewer! Found it was plugged there and needed jetted. Jeff saved me 800 bucks + by getting ahold of the city! They came out 2 days later (the city) and jetted my lines. Thanks guys. Next time I need any work or repairs, I know who Im calling

Merit plumbing, specifically Cody, has helped me to find ATT wires that crushed my sewer pipe near my city hookup. Cody also helped to clear an interior sewer pipe clog on another visit. I cannot recommend calling a real plumber over a rooter service enough. Cody was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about his trade.

We had a new faucet installed yesterday and today it wasn’t letting water come out. Called Merrit and they were out within 11/2 hrs. and the problem was fixed even though it had nothing to do with installing the faucet. Very nice young man, John, couldn’t have been more helpful. Very impressed!
