    Our experience with Fry Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing was exceptional. We had been without our furnace for almost two weeks, and then Troy Flores arrived to give us back our warm and happy home with our new hot water heat furnace. It took 3 full days in a freezing cold garage to replace and reconfigure about a mile of piping to service our new, much smaller,but more efficient boiler furnace . Troy was considerate, thoughtful, hard working, very friendly, and is an excellent representative of Fry Heating. We would highly recommend Fry Heating (and Troy Flores) in the future. He was not going to go home until we had heat. He kept his promise and we applaud him!

    SShane was the epitome of the Best that can be imagined in HVAC service. He not only was extremely knowledgeable about what was required, he worked tirelessly to replace our Hot Water Tank.     When I arrived In town a week ago, in a move from another state, I needed to find a reputable business to take care of a furnace, A/C, and hot water heater replacement. Due to the small space for them to work in, I was hoping to get it all taken care of before my new appliances arrived.     Technician Craig was wonderful extremely kind and helpful had our furnace up and running within an hour! We were told by another company it was going to be a $3000 dollar repair! Craig explained our problem and even double checked to make sure everything was working properly. I cant thank them enough this company is friendly, efficient and most importantly honest! My bill totalled less than $500 a huge difference from the $3000 definitely will 100% recommend them to anyone because not everyone has your best interest at heart!     Fry was there in my hour of need! Five days before closing the property sale the air conditioning system had a leak and froze into a block of ice! I made my service call to Fry and their technician was there later that day to evaluate the repair. However, due to the age of the equipment a new unit and lines was recommended. The tech was professional, knowledgeable and extended great customer service. We discussed price options, and I made my decision for a new unit. Fry was aware of my time constraints for the pending house sale. The next morning the installation crew arrived with their well equipped truck and went to work. The new unit was installed and the job site, both inside and outside was clean. The new paperwork and instructions was professionally attached to the unit downstairs for the new owner. So within 48-hours of my initial call to Fry, everything was professionally done and the home sale proceed as scheduled. I would gladly recommend this company for service of your heating and air conditioning needs.They are professional, honest, and courteous technicians and service people that care about their customers.Great customer service!Thank you!

    Contacted Fry about a new AC / Furnace combo and a new water heater. They beat a competitors price by a couple thousand. Larry and Jesse showed up on day one of my two day install. Both were polite and courteous. Unfortunately Jesse had a family emergency and had to leave. I appluad Fry for letting him leave. While this left Larry shorthanded for a bit, family should come first. So midday Ronnie showed up and continued to work with Larry. Great guys to be around and really know their stuff. Larry was super motivated to get our AC up and running that first day because the NW Ohio area just got hit with 4 days of near 90 degree heat. It was 83 degrees in our house. Larry stayed on and got us cold air before he left that first day.Going into the 2nd day Larry and Ronnie showed up promptly and buttoned up the furnace and water heater install. Very satisfied with my experience, equipment and overall communication throughout the entire process.

    Steve arrived at my home to provide maintenance on my furnace. My furnace is old so I imagined the worst scenarios. However Steve provided me with information about the condition of my furnace, pictures identifying obvious needs for repair and provided me with options of repair.     We called Fry and left a VM about an AC concern. We had a return phone call within 10 minutes. 30 minutes later Craig our service expert was at our house. He was prompt, professional and answered all of our questions. Craig educated us too. We thought we were going to suffer for a couple of days but Craig had us cooled down in less than two hours. That includes a trip back to their warehouse for a part!

    I needed to replace two systems (A/C and Furnace) and knowing this was going to be an expensive investment to our home, reached out to the major heating and cooling companies in the Toledo area; six to be exact. In addition, I did research to understand the pros/cons of each brand as well as the try to get my mind around the infinite system configuration options available (e.g. single stage, two stage, multi-stage, etc.).It goes without saying Dan (the owner) was more responsive and accommodating to my plethora of questions and concerns. He was by far the most attentive to our needs (e.g., budget, humidity control, etc.). When it came to money, Dan didnt try to take us to the cleaners. I received some quotes that were $10,000 more than their closest competitor.If anyone does any work to their home, they know the crew that shows up to work is what really matters. This is why I give Frys five starts. Austin (lead tech) was on-time, explained the installation process, and most importantly, made sure clean-up was to my wifes standard. I cant even do that.Austin was flanked by Jonathan on day one and two. Jonathan was also courteous and professional. If he needed to put something on the floor, he made sure it was on a protective blanket (we have floors that scratch just by looking at them). Later on day two and for all of day three, Frys sent Cameron. Cameron like Austin, was fantastic. He set up our thermostats, primed our main A/C (York 21 SEER, 5 Ton - guys, you gotta get one, super cool A/C system and it makes no noise) and helped get the Hx3 app on my iPhone.Another important thing to mention was what Frys did as a result of shipping damaged caused to my main A/C unit. Rather than say, you have to wait weeks for a new one (and be without A/C), Dan (the owner), made an executive decision to have a 21 SEER unit installed at the price of my 19 SEER unit.Back to Austin. We replaced our Nest thermostats and when I went to take it off, one of them peeled a ton of paint off the wall. I explained to Austin what happened and despite knowing everyone is on a tight schedule, he said, Dont worry about it, the stat can be installed later. He also offered to bring a portable A/C from their shop so my kids could be comfortable at night. Again, this was my mistake, not it theirs.At the end of the project, Dan (the owner) arrived to see if everything was done to my liking. Hardly anyone does that these days.Super pleased with our York system (pulled down our humidity from 68% to 50% in one day). Very happy that we went with Fry Heating & Cooling.

    Had Steve Koch from FRY Come out to unclog my master bath toilet. I have had Steve do other more complex work in the past at my house under S&K Plumbing and have always had a great experience., So I did not hesitate on who to call when this new issue came up.     Our stress is over. After contacting numerous other businesses and not receiving any return calls I called Fry on a Saturday afternoon. My call went to voicemail and within 15 min we received a phone call back. We were to send over photos from our heater and air conditioning unit. We received a call the next day and someone was over to troubleshoot. We previously were told our blower was out and no replacement to be found. Fry told us the same thing but were there to help us invest in a new air/ heating unit .As busy as they were they kept us in the Q when our unit would be in. A few days later we got a call with a date and time for installation. They were here working hard for two solid days. They protected our floors and rugs and were not only professional but personable too. Two extremely nice guys.     My heat went out on Sunday evening. Fry came out on Monday to check out my furnace. Mark is the technician that came out. After trying to fix it by replacing a part he determined that the heat exchanger was bad and that the furnace should be replaced. He immediately got on the phone to order the new furnace and got the installation scheduled for Wednesday. Tom and Erick were the installers and they did a wonderful job including wearing masks, putting down drop cloths and cleaning up after they were done. They explained everything to me and made sure everything was working properly when they left. On Thursday I thought there was a problem with the blower on the furnace and called Fry. They arranged to schedule a technician visit on Friday. Matt came out on Friday and thoroughly examined the furnace and explained that the blower was working properly. He then went above and beyond to find out the problem. He was very thorough and didnt leave until he had figured out the solution.He was amazing and I really appreciated him doing that. I highly recommend this company for their excellent service and resonable prices.

    Fry was amazing from the time I called them, my furnace was very old and stopped running, Amber was very attentive and helpful and offered to get someone out that very day, from there Larry came within the time window and even called ahead, he was so professional and helpful. Within 48 hours Amber had helped me get financing information and someone out to install. Tom and Jonathan installed and they were so professional and patient with me and my loud dog! They did an amazing job and as a whole they turned a nightmare of a situation into a breeze!

    Our furnace “died” on Tuesday…December - one of the busiest times of the year!     Larry was honest, polite and professional. Really appreciate the turnaround time and professionalism all away around. Highly recommended.I also needed a plumber for a rental property and Cameron fixed a leaking kitchen sink. He went to the hardware store and replaced the part and was very helpful and polite.     We were without hot water. Larry came out after hours to get us going through the weekend. He told us we needed a new water, heater the other one was worn out. Nonetheless we were able to take hot showers over the weekend and he took care of our needs immediately by getting our existing unit to work at least temporarily. Fry Heating and Cooling was able to come back out on Monday to install a new water heater. Everything works perfectly! The installation and workmanship are as expected. We would highly recommend this company all of your Heating, cooling and plumbing needs!

    We knew our air conditioner was on its last legs so we decided to start looking for a reputable dealer to install a new one along with a furnace. Douglas, one of their representative, came to our home and gave us a quote right there on the spot. Not only was the price where I expected it but Fry offered better products than other dealers we spoke to. They were able to get us scheduled right away and the gentlemen who installed everything were great. So friendly and knowledgeable. I will be recommending Fry to all my friends and family.

    We had something majorly wrong with our heating system approaching the holiday weekend and we were expecting subzero temperatures. Our 4 little kids would be freezing on Christmas. We had called around and only a few companies worked on residential water boiler systems and some did not service in our area. Connor Burns from Fry heating and cooling was able to come out the same day and he stayed for over 6 hours getting everything back up and running in tip top shape. He genuinely cared that we got our heat back that day and that it would be at a reasonable price. He made sure we only had to replace a few parts and was not overly salesy. He was incredibly knowledgeable about water boilers. It was impressive. He also was willing to teach me as a homeowner who has never had a boiler system, some of the basics as to how it works. He was courteous and professional around our kids. Weve tried other places for our HVAC needs and they are fine, but with our new house, we will be calling Fry Heating and Cooling and asking for Connor Burns in the future for all our maintenance and repair needs.

    They came to check my furnace because the chimney was blocked. They came and did a safety check and made sure the furnace was working properly after this happened.Chris came and checked everything and reassured me. He was very kind and thorough in his work. They also came out very quickly because I had to turn my furnace off and it was very cold outside. Theyre always just a phone call away. Ive had this service since Ive owned my home and Ive always had good service! I would recommend them to anyone!

    Doug was great to work with! He came out and gave me a quote on the spot to replace the AC, and hot water heater. The technicians that came out and did the work were very professional and friendly. They completed all of the work in one day, and answered all of the questions we had.
