Bob came and replaced a 32 door in my kitchen with a 36 door. He is truly an artisan and takes pride in his work. He wasnt able to finish the screen door and told me he would be back in a couple of days. He and Chuck worked hard that day putting in the new door and I wrote him a check at the end of the first day.A couple of days later just as he said he showed up and installed the screen door. Bob is a throwback from the time when a mans word and a handshake meant something. To some that might not be important but to me it is.Highly recommended!

Oscar arrived on time for the appointment, showed me how the damper chain was not pulled all the way and where it needed to be for the damper to close.
