    I hired Rosewood to replace my front porch decking and to repair some water-damaged trim. They were also able to fix the architectural issues issues that caused the poor water drainage issues. They completed the trim repair and main front porch work promptly, though weather delayed a few of the finish details. We opted for PVC tongue-in-groove decking, which really looks great. Were very happy with the work, and appreciate Jon and Nates efforts. I wish I could have hired them when I redid my deck a few years ago.

    After 10 years of wanting to remodel our kitchen, we were FINALLY ready so finding the best contractor for the job was extremely important to us! Kyle Ledyard at Rosewood Home Services came highly recommended by a designer that had worked with him on previous remodels. As a designer myself, I valued her opinion since she knew first hand of his work ethic, dependability, skills & knowledge. We are so thankful we chose Rosewood because we were extremely pleased with the process & thrilled with the end result. We also valued their organization & the very detailed scope of work & budget that were provided to us before we started. Our project manager, Jon, was incredible to work with & that is extremely important since, as a client, you work so closely with him on a daily basis. He was in constant communication with me & he always had a firm grasp on the project. Every phase transitioned seamlessly into the next & I always knew Jon was anticipating the next step & planning ahead for it. Because of that, we had a steady flow of work happen & no time spent wondering or waiting. Kendall was also an integral part of our remodel. His carpentry skills shaped our kitchen into what we had envisioned. I’m so thankful for the entire team’s attention to detail, their 24/7 availability & their unified desire to creat my dream kitchen!

    We had a fantastic experience with Rosewood Home Services on a substantial job that involved tearing out some old paneling and built ins in two rooms and replacing with newly designed built ins, drywall, and interior and exterior doors (while also updating electrical, installing insulation, painting, etc.). They scheduled the work quickly, and finished the work on time and on budget, despite the surprises that always come up with old homes. The final result looked fantastic, and Kyle, Kendall, John, and Tim were a joy to work with. We would recommend them without reservation, and they will be our first call whenever we have a project that fits within their scope of work.

    For two years, I dreamed of a nicer patio than the builder grade concrete slab. Rosewood is the only company that presented an affordable option for my patio dreams that far exceeded my expectations.     Kyle and his team were tremendous. We had an existing deck where we were looking to add a roof. Kyle provided the most reasonable quote and I am truly blown away with the quality and craftsmanship of his work. They were extremely punctual every day, were great communicators with the day-to-day work being done, and lastly kept an extremely clean job site (cleaning up and organizing their tools/materials every day). The level of detail and quality of work is truly top tier.

    Jon and his team are really wonderful people. Our job was out of the ordinary and involved researching acoustic solutions for a specific residential application. Jon was very detail oriented and kept track of every request or comment that was made throughout the process. He remembered everything and stayed true to his word from start to finish. His team also respected our home, took great care to protect and clean everything as needed, and left our home in perfect shape when finished. Well definitely be using Rosewood for future projects and feel confident they can do any kind of project they put their name behind.

    Kyle with Rosewood did a fantastic job on our house. He replaced all the rotten wood around our house before we had the exterior painted. He also tore out old columns and railing on our front porch and replaced with new columns, which look amazing. Kyle was very reasonably priced, he was great to communicate with, gave us some good ideas, he was on time, and work space was cleaned thoroughly daily.     I deal with contractors all the time and am often left with a bad taste in my mouth(unprofessional, bad communication, lack of quality, bad salesmanship). Dealing with Kyle and Rosewood Home Services was a breath of fresh air. Communication was punctual. His employees were experts in their craft and showed up on time. One of his painters even let us know that the paint color that we were going to use was off. They offered to match the color we had in mind and proceed from there. Would highly recommend!

    If youve dealt with other services before you understand often having delayed response times and delayed work or even no shows. Kyle was NONE of those things. He was super friendly, quick to response, professional, on time and knowledgeable. He showed up when he said he would and went above and beyond for us working with our home insurance person.     Highly recommend! Fantastic experience removing our existing back porch to install a new Trex screened in porch - when other companies told us screening in couldnt be done.Nathan was thorough and very proactive with communication during the quote process - and the material selection. Jon and his team were punctual, thorough on detail, super friendly and left the site every day leaving things clean and organized. He and his crew worked through some very hot days and we are so grateful to have partnered with Rosewood on this project. We are spending so much time on the porch now and its all thanks to the Rosewood team.

    Kyle did some work for us a little over a year ago and we had a small issue come up mainly from the heat. I called him about it he answered his phone and asked me to send him a picture so he could come fix it. I forgot to send the picture and he texted me a week later asking for the picture so he could come fix it.I sent him the picture and he had someone there the next day to take care of it.He craftsmanship is A+ but his customer service and follow up is out of this world.We need more Kyle’s in this world.Thanks for the follow up and great work.

    I had been trying to look up service companies to take up our Patio Project. Out of the five contractors that we shortlisted 1. Superior Construction and Remodelling LLC, 2. Kyles Rosewood Homeservices 3. Great Day Improvements LLC 4. Valverax LLCKyle s quote worked well within our budget and the time period to complete was something that aligned within our patio project phase as well. He was very prompt to come and take the measurements of our space that needed to be enclosed. We also did request to add a fan to our newly made Patio space which was not in our initial but he was able to help us as well.I have not had an experience where I have been treated with kindness and given importance and followed up after the project as well. The electrician who came by to fix my fan : Storm? or a peculiar named girl came by with her colleague who came to patch the little space between the swing door and the step. These folks were just the best and very detailed in answering all my questions. They also ensured everything was in working order and the place was cleaned up ( the cardboard and packaging of the Fan) I could not have asked for more. And another neighbor of mine also got his Patio made from Kyle as well!!They did it again :) Thankyou Team Rosewood !!!

    Im painting the cabinets in our kitchen and wanted to replace the crown molding at the top and remove a piece of trim on the bottom. They did a really good job. The crown has essentially no seams and will require very little if any caulk to fill in gaps when we paint. They finished the work in less than a day. I would highly recommend them.Rosewood just completed the 2nd round of work for us. They installed our new cabinet doors and drawer fronts. They also installed the new hardware. Great job and another good experience.

The subcontractors he used for various parts of our larger project were great and their work seems impeccable, at least at this point.     Rosewood constructed a few interior walls for me. The work included building out the wall, drywall, crown molding, and a hood vent installation. Kyle (the owner) is very professional, on time, and communicative. He has a good knowledge of design which is hard to find in the industry. His sub, Kendall was very timely, kind, precise, trustworthy, and meticulous. They were careful with their work and cleaned up everyday before leaving the site. I would definitely recommend them.
