They were fast, affordable (really!), easy to communicate with, and when any problems arose he was apologetic (hard to find in a contractor) and quick to come up with and implement solutions at no additional cost to me.Because he is also a contractor, he was even able to address unrelated issues both outside (gutter and siding repair) and inside (painting and drywall repair).     Keyway visited my house to check a skylight that had leaked. The technician found a small leak in the flashing that he repaired. He told me that the skylights were inc good shape. He was an honest person, I would use them next time.

    We built a new home in Indian Trail in November of 2015. We heard that Bill at Keyway had high integrity as he fixed a repair for a friend of mine for $100 after another roofing contractor quoted $2,200. We got a beautiful roof and he even put the Chimney Cap on walking up a 40 foot ladder with one hand carrying a shorter ladder to use once he got to the steep roof. Our roof is beautiful, there are no leaks and we were really happy with his crew. Would highly recommend Keyway to anyone.

    Keyway did a new roof for us last week. they were the company that did our roof 16 years ago. We also have gotten 2 sets of skylights from. Have never had a problem with them.     I cant recommend Bill and Keyway enough! He just finished up a job that involved several fixes on the exterior of my house. Bill was pleasant to work with from the moment he came out for the initial appointment. He seemed very honest and up front and didnt try to sell me more than what I needed. I had many questions after I received the initial quote and he and Melanie were so patient with me, and answered all my questions! His prices were extremely fair for the quality of the work.     I want to highly recommend Keyway Construction & Roofing. From my initial phone call to writing them a check today, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The ladies in the office are knowledgeable, prompt with their responses and very friendly.Owner Bill McHugh is as friendly and straight up as they come. The best contractor I’ve dealt with by far. His estimate was straight up and only increased a bit when I added changes. Pricing was more than fair, so much so that I’m having him replace my Moms roof.Now to the men on-site doing the dirty work. Extremely hard workers, respectful of both you and your property. Always punctual and working until dark. They were very meticulous with everything we had them do (replace front door & storm door, replace back patio doors, paint exterior of home) and always left the work area clean at the end of their day. And most importantly, everything was done right the first time.In short, an excellent experience!!

    Keyway added collar ties to my carport, additional structural beams to my roof, replaced and painted water-damaged siding and trim, as well as a drip edge. The owner, Bill, provided an on-site inspection and quote with short notice and got his crew on the job within a week. The project team leader, Jesus, was talented and orchestrated quality craftsmanship through diverse projects. Both Bill and Jesus responded to my questions and also provided valuable feedback about my 1964 home. Bill joined the crew at the conclusion of the work to evaluate the work, as well as to contribute. My concerns were heard, and they clearly targetted the quality of the finished project.     In August had a roof leak denied coverage by Nationwide. Turns out most roofing companies don’t want a repair job when around the corner is a full roof replacement. If they even consider it, the estimate shows that they’d prefer not do it. So, 6 months later, I find Keyway and Bill and Sonya. Finally, a honest, reliable and reasonable roofing company to help me. What a relief to have it fixed! New flashing, a cricket and kick back at gutter. Highly recommend Keyway Construction and Roofing and they will be my only call in the few short years when I qualify for a full roof replacement.

    I had rotted boards and siding all around my house as well as some other projects (installation of new storm door, gutter repair, etc...). I had several contractors come out and give estimates for the work to be done. Bill McHugh and Keyway Construction got the job, based on his friendly demeanor, time he took with my wife and me walking the house and thoroughly explaining what needs to be done.     I called the office after discovering a roof vent that was broken and leaking water. The woman in the office handled my call professionally and with personality. She called me the day of the appointment to confirm. Bill showed up right on time, he estimated the repair and quoted me a fair price. He didnt have the vent but said hed be back first thing in the morning.(Saturday)Bill was back the next morning at 8am and replaced the vent. I was very impressed with the service and the professional manner of Keyway Construction. They put a new roof on another house I owned about 10 years ago and did a great job.     Bill’s team repaired soffit where rotted. They installed PVC facia board and ran seamless, covered gutters around the perimeter of a four unit Condominium building.     With these recent storms we have had i developed a wet spot on my dining room ceiling. I didnt think to much of it until crash the ceiling came down and i had a big hole over my dining room. Recently my neighbor had his roof replaced by Keyway Construction so i gave them a call. Bill came out to my house to look at the damage. (he is the owner and he even got on the roof). he assessed the damage and gave me an estimate that was in my budget. soon after his technicians John and Dino came out to fix the roof and the ceiling. Superb work and very polite. I will definitely recommend Keyway Construction.
