Called Sturm and Son Plumbing after Home Depot dropped the ball on installing a new dishwasher. Setting up the day and time to do it was simple, he kept the area clean and was easily able to install the dishwasher and its working great! Prices were upfront and very fair. Would definitely recommend in the future!

Called Sturm and Son on Friday evening for a drainage problem and he was able to come Saturday morning. He arrived 15 minutes early, knew what he was doing and had our problem fixed in less than an hour. He cleaned up after himself and takes great pride in his work, which is very few and far between nowadays. Would happily recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him again! Thanks Matt!

We cannot say enough great things about Sturm and Son. We were having a major issue with our main sewer line backing up into our downstairs bathroom and a larger plumbing company was the first that was able to come out. We thought it would be a simple clean out as weve had roots in the line before and had no issues getting it cabled one other time. They werent able to get our main access cap off at the time, so they took off the toilet and went through there. They tried to cable the line and said they werent able to get more than 10 feet outside the foundation of our house without hitting a blockage, so they would be sending a supervisor the next day for next steps. The supervisor of this other company was able to get off the main access cap but didnt even want to try to cable the line again and immediately went to wanting to dig up the yard and said it would be thousands of dollars to see what was going on. I called Sturm and Sons around lunch time to get a second opinion and he was able to come out within 30 minutes of my call. We talked through the issue and what happened before with the other company. In no time at all he was able to get his cable past the point the other company did and was able to cable down 90 feet without any issues to clean the line of any blockages. There were no breaks or major issues other than just needing to clear a block. We will always be calling Sturm and Son first from now on. He saved us thousands of dollars and gave us great peace of mind because he stayed and let water run for awhile to confirm he was able to fully clear the block. He talked through every step of the process with us and his prices were incredibly fair. Weve never had such a great response from a plumber and are incredibly grateful we found him.

Our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink had a hole in it, we called and he came out the next day. He was very open and honest about the pricing. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. We will definitely use him again!

Sewer was backing up. Called another company first they told me they could only get 10 feet into my sewer and said I had an issue going on under the floor. Said I needed to get a camera down there to check it out. Said he would have to start ripping up my floor and it would be 3500 to 15000 depending on how far the clog was. Was charged 50 dollars for service call. Called Mr. Sturm at 1130 and explained my issue he said he would be out around 230. Showed up was able to clean my sewer drain all the way to the street. Really glad I called for a second opinion. Mr. Sturm was honest and explained what needed done. Cost was very reasonable! Fixed for less than 500.00! Thank you again!

Called Mr. Sturm when my basement pipes started leaking and pooling into my basement. I called him at 7am and he arrived at my house at 7:30am! He found where the leak was very quickly and did a temporary patch until he was able to fully repair the broken pipe. He didn’t charge me for the temporary patch and came back to fix the issue quickly. He earned a lifelong customer!

Wow, thank goodness for Matthew from Strum and Sons. We had a very nasty sewer related back-up and he was the first to call back, made space in his day for us, and had it all fixed and cleaned (yes, he actually cleaned up much of the mess on his own accord!) in no time. Matt did a great job at locating and fixing the water leak. Matt apologized several times for the holes that had to be cut in the wall to fix the leak. And as I said in response, it had to be done. Very awesome service! Reasonable rates too! Compassionate towards the elderly and wont take advantage of the situation. My 91 year old neighbor was quoted $4,000 from a different plumbing service and didnt even need the work they quoted her for. Thats when I called Sturm. Lucy was right though....he does resemble Mark Harmon! 😂

We are very grateful we called Sturm and Son Plumbing. Josh put in a new water tank in the basement and replaced the fill valve and flapper in one of our toilets.
