At a time when it seems especially difficult to find honest, dependable, knowledgeable and diligent contractors to perform home repairs and improvement projects, I am very pleased to share that Andrew with RMS Plumbing & Drain met and exceeded every expectation I had. And I should note that I am not someone who is easy to please. Andrew has handled two plumbing projects for me and I have been extremely impressed with the quality of his work and craftsmanship, the recommendations and advice he has provided and the fact that he shows up on time and is a true professional in every respect, including the care he takes when he is inside my home. Andrew’s work is exceptional and his prices are reasonable. I feel very fortunate to have discovered a trustworthy and skilled plumber, and I will highly recommend him to friends, family and all others without reservation.

He came out and gave us a quote for our main shut off in the house and he was an amazing price, then he called me all morning due to aqua was suppose to be here between 8a-12p and they needed up being late and he called for check to make sure they haven’t come yet so he could come right away !He did an amazing job couldn’t recommend him more !

We have a finished basement so we are always concerned about it flooding when we receive an excessive amount of rain. During this rainy season, my husband noticed that the area around the sump pump was retaining some water. He googled sump pump repair in our area looking for the best reviews and RMS came up. He contacted Andrew, who came out the next day. We were relieved that it wasn’t as serious as we originally feared it would be. He was able to clear up the problem fairly quickly and was a lot less expensive than it could have been. While he was here, my husband consulted him on a couple of other plumbing issues we were having and Andrew answered his questions and gave him some advice. We were more than pleased with his response time, the quality of work, and the exceptionally reasonable pricing. Andrew will definitely be our go to for all of our plumbing needs

I had two handymen come over to fix a pipe. I wasted $150 because it still leaked. I should have called a real plumber to begin with. RMS Plumbing came out and looked it over, let me know what was wrong, gave me a quote and fixed it quickly. The plumber was very professional and polite. He used quality materials, and Im confident that I will have no more issues with the pipe or the new hose bibb.

We then scheduled an appointment.He was very knowledgeable on his craft and the potential difficulties his work can face up against. My kitchen garbage disposable had clogged my drains and backed up into my master bathtub. Andrew was able to unclog my drains in about a half hour.
