My solar panel inverter stopped working and needed replacement called around to find someone to come and replace it because the original installer went out of business. Jake with solar connection was the only one that would come and do the repairs. They came out and verified the inverter was bad then signed up as my installer to do the repair under warranty. They were quick to come out and very pleasant to deal with and answered all my questions and even called back later to check to make sure everything was good and I was satisfied . They have earned my business and I would highly recommend them. Thank you guys at solar connection .

We are so happy we met Jake with Solar Connection at the HOF Home and Garden Show this Spring 2023. We had always wanted to have solar panels installed at our home to help reduce our use of fossil fuels. We wanted to find a local company for the project and avoid out-of-state companies that would not be available when we needed them to answer questions or for maintenance and repairs. In our research, we learned that many out-of-state companies offered lower prices, but they would not be available when customers needed them after the installation. When we met Jake and learned that he was from a Massillon company, we knew that we had found the right local solar panel installer. Jake explained the entire process to us and answered all of our questions. Jake went above and beyond in everything he did for us and was even on our roof to make sure each panel was installed correctly and that we understood everything completely. Every worker from Solar Connection was incredibly polite and hard working. We highly recommend Jake and the team from Solar Connection for your home solar panel installation.

This Solar company is locally owned and operated. I had Solar Connection complete Solar Panel installation in my home in November of 2020. They installed 10 panels on my roof at that time and a battery and an Inverter making my home similar to a power plant. Koby Electric, which is a local electric company, is part of this Solar Connection. This solar companys service is impeccable. The staff, from the owners to the installers and salesman , Scott, work well together in making sure I have everything I need.I love how much money I saved on my electric in 2021 and into 2022. I have a grandson living with me now and had my electric production reassessed which led to adding 4 more panels. This company is less expensive than the national chains or other Ohio companies. I, also, was able to take a 2 year Federal tax credit for an energy saving purchase for my home which was an added bonus!Bottom line: Courteous, honest, efficient, respectful and a knowledgeable company who work well together to provide Customer Satisfaction.

Ive been looking into solar power for my home in Akron for a few years. There was always a reason to put it off but this year I made a phone call to Solar Connection for an estimate. They sent a very knowledgeable and informative salesman (Scott) to my house and he answered every question I could possibly throw at him. They made a compelling case to move forward with the project.As I saw the pandemic growing earlier this year prior to the quarentine, I decided to make the investment into solar. These guys delivered on every single promise and claim they made. The entire installation was quick, highly professional, and clean.Most importantly, I am seeing my meter spin backwards. The two hottest months of the year (July and August) combined gave me a total electric bill of $3.01-yes, you read that right....three dollars and one cent. These savings will obviously continue month after month. I would make this investment again and would highly recommend Solar Connection to anyone who is contemplating a solar array on their home.

After many quotes etc I chose to use Solar Connection to do the complete instal. It started with the company representative “Jake”. A nice and straightforward young man. After dealing with other reps he is a breath of fresh air. He laid out what he thought our needs were and we agreed. Within 2 weeks they started the instal. The installation crew are a great group. Work well, leaving no trash, very respectful and very nice clean neat installation. Back in the day I did installations etc in HVAC and can tell and appreciate a job that was well thought out and executed. Kudos guys.
