    We had to replace our 200 Amp service to our home. We chose Hilscher-Clarke based upon their reputation and they did not disappoint! Shane and Brice were friendly, punctual, and proficient. Our new service is up and working in less time than we thought, and the wire maintenance and attention to detail looks great! We highly recommend them for your electrical needs!

    In December, Hilscher-Clark Electric installed a home generator for me. From the Service Manager, Seth Corrick, to the team that did the installation (Shane, Bryce, Albert, Matt and Doug) my experience was great, and I would choose them again. I had lots of questions when making the decision and about the installation, and they were all answered patiently and thoroughly.They have lots of knowledge, experience, and work really well as a team.If I could give a 4.5 rating, I only have one small complaint. It takes forever for the checks to be cashed. My installation was on Dec 11, and the final checks have still not cleared my account as of Dec 31.

    After the wind storms the other night, I called Seth C and told him I had a client with tree damage and an almost sideways electrical mast on the roof. Him and his guy were out there in an hour with a full replacement and a super reasonable price. Cant thank him and HC enough!

    Everything was great from the first contact to get an estimate to the gentleman that did the installation. Matt did a great job of installing the fans. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. Estimate was adjusted because a lift was not required. This is our third time we’ve used Hilscher Clark and have not been disappointed once.

    Pat was very professional and prompt. He explained everything before he did it and made sure we were all in the same page before he did any work. They replaced and upgraded the panel on an extremely hot July day and we were able to trust them and leave them alone at the house while we chilled at a hotel. Matt and Alex who assisted him were very helpful. When I called to get a quote, they came the same day and I had the quote by the end of the day. After I had the quote, they reached out to me via email to follow-up and were understanding and patient while I waited on competing quotes from other vendors. The other vendors took days to get me the quotes, came in much higher and never once called or emailed me to follow up the quote.

    Very professional. They did an amazing job installing some lights and fixing a problem I had. Then I went to pay Doug and his helper (sorry didn’t get his name) I somehow gave him an extra $100 and they very easily could have kept it cause I went to my car to get the change but they handed it back to me. That says so much about both of these men. Thanks for being honest. Thanks for cleaning up after yourself it didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for a job well done.

    This was my first time using Hilscher. I had a light pole in my front yard where the wiring underground had failed. I called out Hilscher to see what my options were, and the fella that came out was quickly able to not only come up with a plan, but a more cost efficient plan than what I had initially proposed. The attention to detail in ensuring the least impact to my landscaping and my wallet was exceptional. The time from visit, to quote, to installation was I believe three weeks in total. I was very impressed with the speed of service.The installers themselves were awesome. Very personable and knowledgeable guys. They took care to make sure that they did as little damage as possible and that everything was exactly as I wanted it. The light works as expected and looks just the way i asked.There was one small hiccup that occurred during the visit, but they quickly resolved it and made sure i was taken care of. They absolutely went the extra mile and owned their mistake. I couldnt ask for a better outcome in these kinds of scenarios.I will absolutely use them going forward for projects and would recommend the same to others looking. They seem to have a great reputation in the community and it shows through their work.

    I went with this company purely based off the 5 star reviews. They didnt disappoint.Needed the panel updated, among other things, and they finished the job in one day. Not only were they quick but organized as well. I like when skilled trade workers take pride in their work. This company definitely does.There was one miscommunication with what needed done. They promptly came back out and finished the job the day after I called. Not to mention...they showed up on time both times. No waiting around all day.The price was exactly what I thought it would be.     Hilscher-Clarke installed a Generac generator for me and the technicians were professional and knowledgeable. I would contact them again for any future projects that I plan to complete.This review should be a 5-Star rating, however, the gas contractor left sawdust debris in the basement after their portion of the job was completed. The customer has an expectation that clean-up is a part of the job. The basement floor was clean before the job and should have been left that way. The Hilscher-Clarke team followed through with clean up at the end of the entire job.

    Pat was great and very determined to find the issue in my underground wire to my barn. He and Chris put a lot of time in digging holes to repair the wiring. Ince they completed the repairs, they back filled the spots they had dug up.     Had issues with main breaker over heating and tripping the main fuse. They answered and had someone out within 30 mins. They send you a picture of whos coming out as well. He checked the fuse box, changed out the main fuse and was all done within 30-40 mins. Very friendly and professional. Loose wiring was causing the old fuse to over heat.     Pat & Seth have come out and done electric work several times as we’ve brought to code and remodeled our 1850 farmhouse and property. Pat’s very knowledgeable and experienced electrician and does great work. He’s friendly, reliable & handled some really difficult issues for us. He’s replaced panels in outbuildings (4 of them), laid underground wire, everything is now safe & to code & working perfectly. He fixed tripping outlets and required them in the kitchen, a challenge working thru 1850 masonry between the outlet and the panel. He’s moved &/or replaced dozens of outlets, moved & hung fixtures, everything we’ve needed to do he knew how to make happen. Another big hurdle was putting an outlet into brick above an 170 year old fireplace so we could have a tv with no wires - came out perfectly. Ditto on installing a ceiling fan in our kids attic room in a really tough spot. We highly recommend & wanted to take the time to leave him a raving review after the work he’s done here in our home.
