I have worked with k&l for several years now. As a subcontractor I have found this is one of best contractors I have ever worked with. Quality work, open minded to suggestions to make the job go better and be a better product for the consumer. It has been a great experience working with k&l contractors. The open communities from home owners to contactor to subcontractor is excellent.

Honest contractors are hard to come by now a days. At the completion of construction, Mr. Hawkins gave us back $8,000 that we didn’t know he saved for us! We wouldn’t have known if he had kept it for himself. He’s a man of integrity and godly principles!

Ken Hawkins is a stand up builder who always puts out a high quality product. Over the years Ken has used our company, Murphys Bobcat, Inc., for several jobs. He is a very fair, honest, and thorough businessman that holds all of his sub-contractors to a high standard. He is very easy to work with and is very understanding when it comes to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, delays, etc. We at Murphys Bobcat, Inc highly recommend Ken and Lori and K&L Contractors.

Working with Ken Hawkins at K & L Contractors as the General Contractor was like looking in the mirror....he gave me back what I gave him. I hear horror stories from friends who had a bad experience with their contractor...and after listening to the friend for a few minutes...it became evident the problem was not the contractor.... It was a bad client. For me, Ken always did what he said he would do. If he did not know the answer to my question, he quickly got me an answer. When there were hiccups, he helped us get through it.
