    Premier is a great name for this great company! These gentlemen communicated very well from the beginning, Carl came and did an estimate and set expectations on the time line. We loved the estimate and so we moved forward. The guys came as planned, worked hard, and got the job done before the expected finish day. They were polite, clean, and also very good with our young daughter. They cleaned up every day when they got ready to leave, and they were concientious* about the rest of the house, hanging plastic and trying to keep the debris down.The work is amazing, the price was right, and we will never hire another company, because we got it right the first time.Thanks so much guys!!

    We have used Premier Innovations more than once over the last 6 years. They installed a deck in our last home and this time they installed a covered deck with vaulted ceilings. Jamie communicates well with us and we always know when they are coming. Our deck is GORGEOUS!!! We are very pleased and it was a fair price and they did an AWESOME job!!

    I had Premier Innovations do a bathroom and bedroom remodel. As a veteran, the qualities of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail are very important to me. Premier Innovations had those qualities and more. I could tell they took pride in their work & reputation. I had some unique challenges because of the age of my house but they tackled each one until resolved. They talked through different options with me & I respected their advice. The other thing that really impressed me was how quickly they responded to any issues I had. These are the only guys that I will let touch my house from now on! Thanks Jamie & Bo!

    I have used Premier Innovations on two major projects in my home and have been very pleased with the workmanship, professionalism, patience with my many questions and thoughts. They are my go-to contractor because I know I can trust them and they do not try to upsell on any project. They have listened to what my goals are and the type of budget I have to work with. You cannot go wrong with hiring this company.

    Wow!!! Best contractor experience I have ever had. These guys are artists in addition to plumbers, electricians, tilers, etc. They do it all and I consider them a true one stop shop for any remodeling project. I had them redo my entire 1990s guest bathroom and it turned out more amazing than I thought possible. They work fast with excellent precision at affordable rates. I will be using them for my next remodeling projects and have already recommended them to several close friends. To Jamie and his team a sincere thanks for all your hard work!

    They did a great job! Deciding who to hire can be scary, the sales pitch is always great, delivery, not so much. We felt very comfortable with Jamie during the first interview, deciding what we wanted and could do with new construction of a garage/workshop. Being the pessimist that I am, once he started the job and said he would be back in the morning, I expected it might be many days, but he was there when he said he would be. Wow! Impressive. He managed each stage of construction with materials and labor for a smooth flow.Going over budget is my worst fear. He came in on budget with one exception that I know was out of his control. He purchased most of the material before starting, but when it was time to order roof trusses there was a perfect storm of lumber price increase. Believe me, I checked the stock market. With Jamie’s suggestion we waited for prices to come down enough. He checked for other possibilities and checked frequently with the manufacturer for price. Jamie stayed on top of things, was always in contact and easy to reach.Being retired we were home to meet all of the subcontractors he hired. We felt very comfortable with them and the quality of their work. When it was all done, we were very happy with the work that he and his crew had done.We whole heartedly recommend Jamie and Premiere Innovations.

    Premier built two decks with one being a screened in. Always on time. Very detailed oriented. Even with a few changes they came in on budget.

    Premier Innovations recently replaced an existing deck and installed a larger deck of superior quality and workmanship. My wife and I were really pleased with all aspects of the job. Jamie and Carl were on time and professional, exhibited a superior work ethic, and utilized excellent quality materials. They were attentive and responsive to small details and responded to our requests and questions in a timely manner. Work like that is a rare commodity in todays environment.     This was the first time that we have dealt with Premier Innovations and we are extremely satisfied with the whole experience. From the detailed estimate delivered in a timely manner, to the quality craftsmanship, to the efficiency of the two men working on the project, was nothing but top notch.     A few months ago I had this company install 3 new windows in my home. These windows had to be installed in load bearing walls. They quickly framed everything, cut the holes in the walls, and installed my previously bought windows. I contacted several other contractors before going with Premier Innovations. These guys gave me the most fair price and I am totally happy with the result.

    Premier Innovations remodeled all three of our bathrooms. As this wasnt our first project using them, we had confidence they would do an exceptional job. Yep, thats what we got.

    The workmen knew what they were doing and performed an exceptional job. They took out a 7.5 x 6 jacuzzi tub and built a large walk-in shower which is large enough for wheelchair access. We are thoroughly enjoying our new spacious shower which we can continue to use as we age. Thank you Premier Innovations for accomplishing our dream shower.

    Jamie and his crew did a amazing job on our new home , not rushed and done right unlike these other houses that are up in 2 weeks and it shows in the detail, he did everything he said they would do and even threw in a couple nice extra details to the home inside and out! , he is very responsive to my occasional questions on the home as well. Would highly recommend.

    This company has been my best β€œfind” since moving to East Tennessee. They built a back deck for our home and it is GORGEOUS. Every one of our neighbors has reached out to tell us how beautiful it is. The quality is outstanding, hard to find these days!Carl and Jamie have been a breeze to work with- kind, dependable, knowledgeable... they’re always patient with my young kids as well :)We’ve already enlisted them to do other work in our home, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
