    We stopped by to get 2 pieces of glass for our china cabinet shelves. The lady who helped us was very friendly and helpful. They cut the glass while we waited and we were on our way within minutes. I highly recommend them.

    I had broken glass in a modern vinyl window. I brought the window to Berkeley Glass, they measured it for replacement glass and ordered it. Today I brought the window back and they installed the new low-e double pane glass. I could not be more pleased with their professionalism.

    Got a vanity in through the mail for Christmas for my daughter, putting it together the 12/23 only to find the mirror had been broken in shipping. They fixed it for still in less than a hour on the 23rd so Santa could drop it off still for Christmas!

    We experienced an urgent situation requiring immediate glass replacement. Upon contacting Berkeley Glass, they responded promptly and provided excellent service. Their team was not only very friendly and helpful but also took the time to explain the various types of glass available. They recommended an alternative that better suited our needs, which differed from the originally installed glass. They professionally took measurements and returned to their facility to cut the glass to precise specifications. Within just a few hours, they had replaced the glass, demonstrating efficiency and expertise. I would use their services again in a heartbeat.

    I cant rave enough about my experience with Berkeley Glass. They made it easier than I could have imagined having two windows replaced in my home and really went out of their way for me to make sure I wouldnt be troubled with them in the future and that I wasnt given an enormous bill. They are the best and I will be going to them in the future.

    I have been restoring my 1920s brick foursquare home in Harpers Ferry. The house still has its original rolled glass windows. To protect the windows and to provide better insulation properties to the house, Ive custom built storm windows for each window. There are 12 windows in my house, three of which measure 65x 48, the bottom sash of that is 48x 48 so thats a BIG piece of glass!These circa 1920s windows are NOT standard in any way, shape or form so each of my storms had to be slightly different to fit. My storms also copied the sash design of the original window so I contacted Berkeley Glass to assist me in cutting similar, uniquely sized glass panes. Ive worked with Mark, Angel and Walt and in every instance, and in every way they have been the most helpful. Theyve provided nearly immediate assistance - (I say nearly because they are busy with lots of other customers and orders) and they have been fair and honest in their pricing. Whats more, Ive met them and they are good people.Im not a big business with big orders for big jobs - Im a human being just trying to get my jobs done. Theyve always treated me with that same human respect. Ive got nothing but good things to say about them. I highly recommend Berkeley Glass and thank Mark, Angel and Walt again.

    If I could give 10 stars I would. Paula, Dustin & Josh were so wonderful to work with and their work was great! Instead of replacing a whole bay window on my house, they were able to change out the pains and saved me thousands of dollars. The old panes had become so foggy that I couldnt see out of them. Only took Dustin & Josh about an hour to replace 4 window panes in the front bay window and a pain from a house window. I didnt even know you could do that! Thank you so much for all your help!!

    I am thrilled with the work performed. Everyone at Berkeley Glass has been pleasant and professional. They were able to repair a sunroom that other glass companies refused to even come look at. I will definitely be using Berkeley Glass for my future glass needs and highly recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of glass work performed.

    I had to replace a eye brow window, also my movers broke a expensive glass shelf, and Berkeley Glass was fabulous about shelf replacement, and window replacement. All done in a quick and professional manner. I highly recommend.
