We decided that we wanted to have a nice and different custom wet bar for our finished basement room. We went to multiple kitchen bath organizations and decided to go with Counter Top Solutions. Best decision for sure! They inventory all countertop types/materials and their employees measure, cut and install them. No handoffs at Countertop Solutions from beginning to end. They were truly outstanding from our sales and designer contact Karen to the Best contractor and installer team we ever worked with led by Bill Miller and his primary lead installer on our project Mike.Prior to beginning, Bill came to our home and made a thorough review of the plan and project scope. Bill suggested some recommendations fine tuning the install and additional electrical outlets required for fridge and kegerator. So fortunate we had that preinstall onsite review and recommendations. From a customer perspective having a knowledgeable hands on friendly project manager and team are difference makers. Sorry long winded but had to share this overall BEST team and our delight with our beautiful wet bar/kitchenette.No independent contractors Plus we increased the value of our home and environment. I was very impressed with Countertop Solutions. Talking with Amy, our sales consultant, I knew I made the right decision. She offer ideas and vast array of products. She listened to my needs and worked with me on the final decision. The John measured and was meticulous on his work to ensure my counters fit perfectly. I can not say enough about the Jose and Oscar who did the install. They made sure every corner and seam was finished. They were prompt and protective to my cabinets and floor. The price was very competitive to others companies. Pleasure to work with the professionals of Countertop Solutions.

I recently got quartz countertops. I’m new to the area and this company was recommended. The employees were very helpful. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted and they were patient and answered all my questions. The man who came to measure was an expert. My countertop fits perfectly. The installers were also excellent. The seam was curved and they installed it so that you have to look for the seam. I would recommend Countertop Solutions to everyone.

Highly recommend using their services. We had 2 bathrooms and kitchen countertops replaced without any issues. We were extremely impressed with Countertop Solutions.Our salesman David was wonderful. He listened intently and was very helpful. One of those people you could tell was very knowledgeable without trying to impose anything on you. He kept on top of the process for us and made sure it went as smoothly as possible. The day of install was great and the plumber who came to install our sink, Kevin, was also very helpful and kind.Our new countertop looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier! We absolutely love our new granite counters from Countertop Solutions. From the first, Amy was instrumental in helping me select the type of granite I wanted. I initially went in thinking I wanted River White but quickly changed to Colonial White. They did not have a slab at the Martinsburg location but Amy quickly located some from their supplier and had them shipped. Within 3 business days, I was looking at the slabs. The first one she showed me is the one I selected. They came out for the electronic template and the measurements were spot on. I chose to approve the overlay cutout (nesting) via email. After a couple of very timely back and forths, the final layout was approved. The installers were quick, efficient and did an awesome job. I can not recommend this company enough. We are very satisfied with our countertops installed by Countertop Solutions. Our Design Consultant Amy was very helpful and patient as we tried to make our decision. We finally selected the Cambria Quartz Berwyn. The turnaround time from order to install was quick. Since the quartz was busy, we chose a beveled subway tile with pewter grout. It certainly has brightened our kitchen as you can see by the pictures. Our next addition will be stainless steel appliances which should complement the colors in the quartz. We were excited that there was enough leftover quartz to do our bathroom vanities.We get many compliments on the color and the quality of the install. We would highly recommend Countertop Solutions.

Went in to get an estimate a while back. We ended up not getting the work done because we were moving anyway and things were tight in the bank account. I will say this, we will be going back when we need work done. They have an awesome selection, they are friendly, not pushy, and really seem to take an individualized approach. I didnt feel like I was just a number to them. They actually cared, and nowadays thats hard to find.

CTS transformed our kitchen! Jason,JR, and crew shepherded us through our remodel always responding to any question, suggestion,or change in plan. Their attention to detail, insistence on making everything perfect, and going the extra mile was very refreshing. And the granite is absolutely gorgeous. We looked at hundreds of slabs of granite from DC to Hagerstown but always returned to the CTS showroom where the slabs were superior to any we saw elsewhere. Jason and crew were willing to take on a unique and challenging pub table project and made it a reality which is now a stunning center piece in our kitchen. My husband and I cant say enough about the quality of workmanship and how pleasant the CTS folks made this remodel. If you are thinking about a remodel project definitely check this company out and you wont be disappointed.
