Its been raining and raining so much that it wouldnt be ridiculous if we saw a neighbor building an ark. So much to my dismay, tonight I discover my sump pump isnt working and my basement is taking water.I called Stratford Plumbing and Heating and they were so fast to the rescue. Pleasant, knowledgeable and fast to install a replacement for my ailing unit. John Treutel was my hero tonight and if you need a hero for your plumbing or heating dont hesitate to call Stratford Plumbing and Heating.

We had our main drain plug up and I called so many other plumbers and either they were busy or didnt service our area. Called Stratford Plumbing and Heating and the lady explained that we are a bit out of their service area but if we cant find anyone local they are willing to help us out. I called 20 different plumbers to no avail. They were able to get a plumber put that same day and saved us. Great service and quality work!

Stratford Plumbing and Heating was a delight to work with. When I called, I was greeted by a warm, welcoming, live person, that genuinely sounded concerned with my plumbing issue. Eric came to my house, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed with the help of an apprentice in less than an hour! They were extremely professional and I highly recommend their services. Make sure you give them a call before you have your normal plumbing or hvac company come out!

Fast and great work! They came into our business and where professional and reliable. For sure will be calling them again.I was going to review them and realized I already did. As I type they are on an emergency call to my business on a Friday night and got to me in 30 min!!!!! I can’t say enough good things about this company!
