Reigel installed 2 furnaces for our workshop. Cost was very competitive, quality work, and while they were very busy with very many winter emergencies and new installs, they still accommodated our needs in a very quick timeline. Their staff were very respectful and pleasant to work with.

They have a plumber who I always request. Ive owned 12 homes over the past 10 years and he is the best of the best to work with. Jeff does a great job as well. Always positive and energetic on the phone. Wants to help and does. Their prices are slightly higher, yes, but the quality is there, the service is there. Worth it. I know its done right.

I have had then do 3 different services for me on a new home I purchased recently.the first contact with them was with an Doug involving an holding tank that leaked he came out and gave me an estimate and was scheduled a couple weeks out they came out on time and fixed issue fully to my satisfaction. Second was when I was getting an error on dishwasher I wasnt sure if it was clogged drain or dishwasher problem they again next day was out and made sure it was 100% not a plumbing issue. And this last time I had them out was when I was attempting to upgrade my thermostat and I couldnt figure out the wiring realizing I was out of my element and after having nothing negative to say and very pleased with service I gave them a call they came out same day and installed thermostat for me and turns out a chunk of how to wire an adapter was missing from the instruction booklet witch was why I was so confused. At end of day I would use and call Reigal for all my needs involving plumbing and HVAC cannot recommend enough.

We have had Scott come on several occasions, in fact whenever I need someone now, I specifically try to ask for Scott. He is EXCELLENT and puts the customers needs first. He is very thorough, and explains what he is doing and why.I should also give kudos to Doug in the sales (?) department. He is very knowledgeable and patient, a real asset to the company. Takes the time to make sure he understands the problem at hand before scheduling someone to come.In the first week of 2018, one of the coldest on record, our furnace decided to go out. We knew we needed a new furnace, but they were booked up after the holiday weekend, and would be unable to get the system installed for a day or two. Reigels installed a temporary replacement part in our old furnace (which was a costly component, and one that was not widely available) so that we would have heat until they were able to install the new unit. The overall bill was very fair (in fact, I dont think there was a separate charge for the temporary replacement part or the service call to install it). We were very pleased with how the whole job was handled calmly and efficiently.

My father in law had a back up in the basement. He was hesitant to call because thats just him... We made him call and a young man named Scott came to the house. He instantly took charge and was VERY focused. He assessed the situation, asked questions, looked around and got busy right away. He took the time and explained everything that he was doing, showed my father in law so he could see it for himself and finished up. We received the bill in the mail days later and we were happily surprised they didnt take advantage because they are senior citizens A very fair Bill for a very good, honest job done!!*****But wait, theres more******Scott also came to the aid of my mother in law who had fallen to her knees getting out of the car after a doctors appointment. She had recently had surgery and was still pretty weak. Scott was very kind a gentle with her and reinforced the fact that she was no bother to both her and my father in law. Excellent job Scott, And thank you from our whole family!! As my father in law said.....Senior Citizen Approved!!!!!!

I love these guys. I went to the store today and the gentleman helped me figure out what parts I would need to redo the plumbing for my pressure tank. He spent over an hour with me as I followed him around the store picking up the parts I needed and explaining to me every single detail of how to do it. His enthusiasm was incredible and by the time we were done he had me so excited about plumbing I wanted to be a plumber. He even gave me some freebie materials I would need to complete the job. Cant say enough good about them and in all honesty I would say that is the best most cheerful customer service experience I have ever had.

Our furnace broke on a cold winter day and they were at our home in less than 30 minutes to check it. Told us we needed a new one (not surprised, it was ancient) and had a quote to us within an hour. It was installed early the next morning. Super efficient and professional, explaining everything. Very happy with the service and grateful to be warm again!
