Could not recommend On the Mark Plumbing higher! We have now used them in two homes and will continue to use them. They are clean, courteous on time, and do great work but most importantly for me, I always get an honest breakdown of what the work is - dumbed down for a non-tradesman -, what it will cost, and if it is a NOW, soon, or get to it eventually problem.

Mark came by and performed a number of services for me, install a new main water filter, install two hose bibs, and relocate a toilet supply. He was very receptive to some of my requests, and went out of his way to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. He even consulted with a foundation guy to determine if one of my desires was feasible...turns out it was not advised. His work is exemplary, very clean, and tidy, he left the areas he worked in cleaner then when he started. I would hire him in a hart beat for any other plumbing work.

On The Mark Plumbing is a one man show of total competence and skill. Mark came to my home and installed a gas combo boiler/tankless hot water heater. I highly recommend him to anybody with confidence. He has incredible expertise in his field, very knowledgeable and he takes the time to do the job right. He answered all of my thousands of questions and always with a smile. He made sure to always lock the bulkhead behind him and left everything clean, probably cleaner than when he arrived! He was extremely receptive when I mentioned the condo association frowns upon driving on the grass, so he walked back and forth from his truck out front to the job site around a long row house building out back countless times. From taking out my old system, to climbing on the roof, to his pipe work, tedious yet flawless, he does it all!We now have heat and on demand hot water effortlessly, all while saving money. For that, Im truly thankful!Hes also Mass Save certified. So if youre thinking about going high efficiency to get that rebate, go with Mark! You will be thankful you chose him over the other guys!

New customer. We had a no heat situation on one of three zones. Called Mark at 8AM Fri after Thanksgiving. Told him not an emergency, just looking to get on his schedule. He was able to squeeze us in and had the system running fine with a new thermostat by 10:30AM. Cant beat that!

Full disclosure: I might be biased since the owner is my brother-in-law, but trust me when I say I wouldn’t be writing this if the work wasn’t great. Not only is he incredibly talented, but his approach to customer service is exceptional. When I first purchased a house, the first thing to go was the waste water pipe in the basement (which is the absolute worst). He helped us manage a dirty job cleanly and efficiently. On the Mark Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is the real deal—highly recommend!
