Sergio was great to work with. He coordinated well with our plumber to hard-wire our hybrid water heater installation, added an outlet for the leak sensor and condensation pump, and upgraded our electrical panel with a surge protector. He was open, personable, and honest about costs. He even advised us against additional work that would have earned him more money but not been a great benefit to us. Would happily work with him again.

On Call Electric (Sergio) did great work for us. He replaced an old attic fan motor without having to disturb roofing system. He replaced circuit breaker as an added safety feature to the installation. He repaired outdoor lamppost fixture & added a photosensitive device.He replaced an exterior light fixture near outdoor shower and it’s operating switch. Sergio/ OCE was very professional, superb attention to detail, honest, fair, excellent communicator and customer-focused.I work with tradespersons in my current job as a mechanical engineer/project manager. He is among the best that I have ever worked with! As a homeowner,being able to rely on a talented and dedicated electrical contractor like Sergio is invaluable. I strongly recommend him to others. I was very happy with Sergio the electrician when I first met him he was wearing a face mask and protective shoe covers which showed me he was being safe for himself and his customers.When he came to access my house he was very thorough and checking all the outlets making sure it was working and evaluating my light fixtures and heater vent in my master bedroom. Turned out he has to order a new part for my heater in my bedroom because it was burnt out. After he received the new part he called me right away and came over and installed the new heater. He was very concerned about me having things blocking the heater vent and said I could be inhaling bad air because I had a huge plastic bucket in front of the heater and on the other side of my room I had a doggie couch also blocking the heater vent. I would highly recommend him and will be happy to have him back for future services

If youre looking for an electrician, then look no further. I contacted On Call Electric as I wanted to install recessed lighting throughout my home. The electricians, Sergio and his assistant, completed the entire installation process (3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room) in UNDER A DAY. They left behind no mess and were courteous of my flooring and furniture. Sergio has also installed outdoor lighting, a Nest thermostat in my main hallway, and an outlet in my basement; his work continued to be exemplary and outstanding in these areas as well. He never leaves behind a mess and completes all work in a timely manner.On top of this, Sergio will never shortchange you but instead will offer honest prices and honest suggestions. For example: I was considering adding more recessed lighting after the completion of the initial project, but instead Sergio dissuaded my family and I from doing this- by arguing that doing so would NOT BE COST EFFECTIVE FOR ME. He could have made more money, but chose to be ethical in his business practices. He is overall considerate of others. He is attentive to the customer and can be easily reached even after the project has been finished if problems do arise.On Call Electric and Sergio are professionals in their line of work and overall just good human beings. I will continue to rely on Sergio for any and all future electrical needs in my home.

I wasnt sure what the problem was and he pointed out a lot of things to be aware of that may be contributing to high energy usage. I appreciated how well he explained things and and he was really helpful with helping me to prioritize how to address some of the issues in a way that wouldnt lead to unnecessary expenses. Even though he could not take on a contract because Im out of his service area he shared tips on how to find a good electrician and plumber near me and how to not get overcharged. All in all I would recommend On Call.

Sergio installed a 50 panel solar system for my house. He and his crew were very professional, knowledgeable and took all manner of precautions while working on the roof. By hiring an independent solar installer like Sergio and buying my own equipment, I saved thousands of dollars. About 50% less than quotes I received from large solar companies. Plus, since I own my solar system all the federal and state incentives are mine to keep. Ill be earning SREC ( $ carbon credits) for the next ten years and saving hundreds of dollars on my monthly energy bill. Leasing is good for solar companies, owning is the way to go for consumers. Could not be more pleased with the service from On Call Electric. Sergio is a man of his word! I needed help with the electrical hook up for an oil burner in a very tight window of time to sync up with my plumbers availability. I called Sergio on a Wed to ask about his availability, assuming he would be booking weeks out like the couple of other electricians I called. Nope...he said he would make himself available that SUNDAY if that is when the plumber would be done with his piece of the boiler install. He showed up on time with all the supplies needed to complete the electrical hook up! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND On Call Electric and can not say enough good things about Sergio and his work ethic. I needed an outlet installed for a new water heater ASAP. I reached out to On Call Electric and Sergio responded right away. I explained the situation to him and he gave me a reasonable quote for the work. Two hours later he was at my door and was very professional and amicable. He explained the process which would require an install of a GFCI switch and went to work right away. In about an hour he had finished all of the work and walked me through it. The job was done cleanly and professionally. Additionally, Sergio also gave me some maintenance pointers on the new water heater. I had another electrician disappear., but luckily Sergio and his team were able to fit me in. A “simple” job, but Thinks worked out for the better. Sergio guided me through what and why he needed to remove some components and change a breaker. The way he spoke, you get a sense of expertise and pride in ones work. Rates are comparable to other electricians.Sergio was also a great resource when talking about other projects. I will be calling him in the future (though hopefully not for an emergency!).

Very responsive and professional. Called them on a Sunday morning due to a failed main service panel after power outage (big thunderstorms), texted them photos of our damaged panel and they got back to me in less than an hour with a quote and availability. Once my appointment came up they were able to swap out my panel and service connection in one day. Workmanship is excellent, very pleased with the results. Sergio did a great job for us when we had some water damage where the electrical service comes into the house, and even found some things that had been done incorrectly when our house was built. He is professional, organized, and prompt himself, and even waited 90 minutes for our towns electrical inspector to show up and sign off on his work (at the end of a long day!). If we need an electrician in the future, we will call Sergio.
