Haverford Homeowners Association is very happy with our new bridge. Painting Plus demolished the old bridge down to the support beams and expertly constructed a level and rigid framework to support the new decking and side rails. The reconstructed bridge is much stronger than the old bridge and looks great. Their craftsmanship was excellent. This job was bid out to three contractors and Painting Plus was the low bidder. We have zero regrets.

Tom and his different contractors at Painting Plus did an amazing, quality, professional and timely job on our house. They rebuilt the front porch, re-shingled the roof, put on siding, redid our back deck and re-screened our back porch all in about 3 weeks. All work was stained or painted by his amazing Painting crew. I would highly recommend this company as an all in one, quality contractor! Painting Plus did such an impressive job on windows, siding and painting at my sister and brother-in-laws house that we called upon them to give us an estimate on rebuilding our decks. We reached out to three separate companies for estimates. One came in way above our budget. One ghosted us. Robert with Painting Plus came out, took lots of accurate measurements and really listened to what we envisioned for this project and offered his professional expertise. He came back with a 3D rendering and the most impressive, in-depth estimate. No screw or piece of wood was unaccounted for. Robert was on-point with communication the entire project.Robert handled all of the necessary permitting and got everything lined up for us in a timely manner. The crew worked quickly while being respectful of our home and paying close attention to detail. At one point, when demoing our very old existing deck, they discoverered extensive damage to the siding wood that a previous company that did siding on our home missed. Robert was able to expedite getting the new boards and the crew was able to quickly remove the rotted wood and replace it with brand new boards to ensure that our new deck would be completely safe.The painting crew that came out to stain the decks did an amazing job as well. We are so in love with our new decks and everyone who sees them is so impressed. Weve handed out a few business cards already. We would definitely recommend Painting Plus to anyone and look forward to working with Painting Plus again in the future.

Charlie called back promptly, returned a quote faster than others and was competitively priced. Charlie took time out of his busy schedule to meet me at the window supplier to go over different options. From demo to final paint all the trades he sent out completed their projects professionally and promptly. He also replaced all the overhangs, gutters and downspouts. My wife and I just purchased our first home around a year ago. We knew its exterior needed repairs and a good paint job. Were so glad we chose Painting Plus! When I called, Tom came out and did a walk through with me. He pointed out all the areas on the house that needed repairs and I showed him the inspectors report so we didnt miss anything. When he sent me a quote that same day through e-mail it was very detailed. It listed everything that would be done and how much it would cost.It was much more affordable than I expected. We decided to hire them without getting other quotes. The team that came was very small, only two guys. On some days, only one guy was working. However, I didnt mind this and they finished the house exactly when they said they would. With the small team, it took seven days total start to finish for all the repairs, all the re-sealing and caulking, all the wood work, taking the shutters and gutters down to paint and put back up, and paint the entirety of the house, including the brick.Very impressive work! My wife and I are very pleased! Im writing this review almost 3 months after the end of the job and the paint still looks great even after all the bad weather weve had!

Painting Plus did an amazing job on my siding replacement, painting, and deck staining. We got a couple of different quotes in the process and they were competitively priced, given we knew they did high quality work based on our neighbors house. They are experts in exterior work of all kinds and definitely left the back of the house in a better state to resist the elements (i.e. added flashing that was previously missing). Staining the deck was going to be next on my list and once I learned they can handle that as well, we added it to the total job. In the process, they even replaced some boards that were rotting without being asked. They definitely look to make your exterior look as good and be as safe as possible and go above and beyond to do so. Will definitely use again for other home projects.

My experience with Painting Plus was so good and positive that I recommended them to do work on my parents new house. Tim Walters was very professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job making sure this project was completed perfectly. The crews were courteous, reliable, and communicated so that we always knew what to expect the next day or in near future.My contact with Painting Plus began in Nov 2020 about a potential deck/screen porch concept that expanded my old deck (one photo attached). I provided a drawing and we agreed on cost. Demolition began on Feb 25 (one photo attached for reference) with an ~11 week timeline that did not factor industry wide supply chain issues.Several photos of the finished product are included, captured on May 14, 2021 (the evening photo is from May 2 prior to cleanup) and all inspections had been completed. This project finished quite literally in 11 weeks. All that to say, it was on time and on budget.Im writing this review as we enter the 2021 college football season and I want to express how happy and satisfied I am with the results Painting Plus provided. This space is my favorite part of our house and I would urge you to consider them, and in particular, Tim Walters, for your project.By the way, my parents were just as satisfied with the results on their project as well.

We recently hired Painting Plus to repair our deck after a previous contractor botched it, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Danny was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through every step of the permit process. He even suggested getting a structural engineer to assess the mistakes made by the first contractor. Throughout the entire process, Danny was exceptionally communicative, which is quite rare in my experience with contractors.What really stood out was his genuine care for getting things right. It was almost humorous to see how much the first contractor’s work bothered him! He was friendly, quick to respond, and patient, making the entire experience a pleasure.The crews were also fantastic. They worked long hours and left the work site clean and tidy each day. It was clear that everyone was on the same page, which made things easy for me. Eduardo and Federico were also very helpful and professional.I’m looking forward to having them back to stain the rest of the deck once the wood settles. I’m extremely satisfied with the results and grateful to Painting Plus for turning around what had previously been a nightmare. I highly recommend starting with them for your projects. Do they cost a bit more? Maybe, but trust me, it’s worth it to avoid the headaches of a botched job. You won’t regret choosing them!

I was President of our HOA when we selected Painting Plus to build a new tennis pavilion and chaired the Pavilion Building Team when they built the pavilion this year. Painting Plus improved the project at their cost several times so we had improved railings and more sidewalk space than planned. The pavilion was built in a flood plain with water table 4 feet below the surface so Painting Plus installed helical piers under the pavilion to support it with some of the piers being 42 feet deep to get needed torque. They also moved drainage pipes and surface runoff from the parking lot so water drains well for our HOA now. The vaulted ceilings look really impressive as does the entire project. Kent and Charlie were great to work with and I highly recommend working with Painting Plus. Our neighborhood is very picky and Painting Plus exceeded all expectations.

Rave reviews for Painting Plus introduced to us by Project Manager, James, who was outstanding at keeping us apprised of start dates, product deliveries, who would be at our home - when - on both projects. They built a portico and then painted the entire exterior of our home. Much of the front bay needed to be repaired/replaced due to wood rot damage. Their paint crew was so skilled that they rolled it all into one seamless project, completing the painting and wood replacement in four days. Their paint crew was one of the hardest working crews weve had in our 35 years of owning this home. They actually exceeded our expectations which is nearly impossible.

Painting Plus did an AMAZING job with our home. It is difficult finding a contractor who is able to lime wash, Painting Plus delivered. Our sales rep, Chad Rocco, was a great communicator. He was on time to appointments, returned calls and checked in with me for the entirety of this project. He went well above expectations. Our project manager, Edwardo, did a great job making sure the project was done to perfection. He is a true artist with his lime washing skills. He did a fantastic job calming my nerves when I picked a lime wash color that I wasn’t happy with. And, of course, guided me in the right direction to find the color I did want. I also want to recommend Gustavo who lead the painting crew. The team left no stone unturned. No detail was too small for his attention. The crew did a great job cleaning up and leaving my home is great shape! I am beyond pleased with Painting Plus!

Charlie and his crew from Painting Plus came out yesterday to replace my roof and fix my chimney and other rough spots on my house. They were excellent. Quick, efficient, and cleaned up after the days work was complete. These are mid construction photos but i am quite pleased with the work. They removed the rotten siding on the chimney and added sheathing and wrapped it. Next they are to side it with hardiplank. Also they alerted me to some bad spots on the roof and replaced those areas as well. Next will be my gutters and siding on my hot spots. And beginning of next year I most definitely will have Painting Plus back to remove and replace the rest of the siding on my house and paint it. I researched Painting Plus as well as other siding companies and after visiting some of his past jobs I was confident in choosing Painting Plus and I am not disappointed. I cannot wait to have them back to do the rest of my house.

Fantastic job and fantastic service! We had the siding, trim, fascia boards, garage vent, and everything around the door frame replaced by Jair and Jose. Jair and Jose did incredible work, were friendly and considerate of our home, and left everything cleaner than I expected. Tom was our sales lead, and listened to what we needed, gave advice on directions we could go, and came back with a detailed quote that was the best of four contractors. Tom came out at the start of the project to go over everything once more. Jair and Jose were communicative throughout the project, and very kind when we needed them to move some ladders around to get our kiddos out the door. We basically redid the entire exterior of the house and they handled everything - roof, siding, painting, wood rot repair, and replacing our old front stoop with a nice covered porch. James was our project manager, and he was super communicative from the moment he came out to give us an estimate. He kept in close contact throughout the project to make sure things stayed on track and promptly let us of any issues that arose (namely, wood rot). Id give them more than five stars if Google would allow it. My wife and I are extremely happy with the work Painting Plus did for us. Were the original owners of a house built in 1993 with what turned out to be the defective siding in use then. By the end of last year, the siding on the shady sides of the house was growing mold or mildew, rotting, crumbling, and falling off. I called two contractors about replacing the siding and the gutters. Painting Plus was actually the higher bidder but not by a lot, and I felt Daniel, the sales rep we dealt with, was more thorough in his initial inspection of the house and more forthright about what the job would entail. We made the right choice with Painting Plus. Daniel kept in touch with us and regularly checked on the work progress. As for his crews, I cant praise them enough. Super hard workers as well as polite and awfully good at what they do. They went above and beyond what I would have expected to get the job done, and the house looks beautiful, better than new! I have absolutely no reservations recommending Painting Plus to anyone needing home repair. In summary, heres what they gave me: An honest appraisal and estimate, not a low-ball price to get me to hire them followed by big price increases for this and that; honest, considerate, and expert work; and a house I cant help but look at and grin because of how good it looks now compared to before. The steps that were there were not to code, so the crew rebuilt them correctly and did a great job. Very happy with Roberts supervision of the job and the crews that did the work. I got four estimates for new siding & painting for my townhome. Painting Plus/Siding Plus provided a very competitive quote that included everything I asked for plus a few repairs. I lucked out when the project scheduled for the week following my decision was postponed, and they were able to get started on my home right away. I recently bought a house that needed a new roof. The inspector explained to me that the roof was Atlas Chalet and that the shingle was defective. I once again called Painting Plus since they did an amazing job putting a new roof on the previous house I owned. I explained to Charlie what the situation was and he wrote me a quote immediately to hand to the home owners. Charlie also very knowledgeable about the defective shingle and why there was issues with the shingle.I was explicit in communicating to the homeowners that I wanted Painting Plus to do it since they do the work right. I was able to get the homeowners to leave money for me to have a new roof installed. During the entire process Charlie at Painting Plus didnt pressure me about the timeframe of the roof or getting started right away. Charlie was very understanding there was a process. As soon as I closed I called Charlie and he said he was on it. Charlie was recommended to me by my agent to repaint my entire house interior after purchasing a beautiful home in desperate need of an upgrade. Knowing I was worried given the large scope of the project, Charlie went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable with the paint colors before moving forward, working with multiple samples and clearly talking through the different paint types and why he was using them for different areas in the house (why trim and shutters should use one type versus the kitchen island versus the walls, etc). He committed to a timeline and stuck to it. He made a fantastic recommendation for our floors and a flooring company that did a wonderful job. Most importantly, he was always present— available for phone calls and regularly coming on-site not only to monitor and assess his crews progress but also to get his hands dirty himself- a very rare quality indeed. Since he worked closely with the flooring company and electric company, he ensured a smooth flow of scheduling and even sent his team back to do shoe molding and floorboards after the floors were done as he knew they would require additional attention after ripping up the floors. The paint job is absolutely stunning— it looks like a completely different house and I’m really pleased with the results. Since then, I’ve expanded my projects with Charlie to include painting my garage, power-washing and staining my barn and brush-cutting my property. Charlie truly does it all. I know I can count on him and he will continue to be my go-to guy for all projects moving forward.

Our house was built in 1991. We bought it in 1994 from the folks that had built it. We learned in 2010 that we had the LP Inner Seal siding that was no longer made due to failure of the material. Ours was better than most because we had kept it painted. At that time we had the worst sections replaced with the Hardie plank fiber cement lap siding. Now its been 10 years and we wanted to replace all the remaining old siding with the Hardie product.In early January we had 5 companies come out to get their estimates. We also wanted to replace all the original aluminum windows as many of these leaked or had other problems.Some of the companies only did vinyl siding which we did not want.We received a very detailed cost estimate from Painting Pluss Danny Hetherington. In recent years we had received mailers from Painting Plus that stated that they are a Hardie preferred installer. We also learned that they do decks and porches. We have always wanted to have a screened in porch. So we added this to the to do list and signed contracts on January 20th.Work began on February 7th with the porch crew 1st. The windows (25 units) were installed by Waynes window & door crew on February 17 & 18. We also purchased from them a new front entry door which they also installed. Fantastic job on the windows and door and they look great.The siding work started on February 26th and was done in 6 days. The painting crew came in next and they were done in a week. I really appreciate Johns (the painter) eye for detail. He really made sure all the little details were taken care of.So all worked was completed on March 18th or in about 5 1/2 weeks. Not bad for all the work we had done as well as the fact that we have had so much rain here this year.We are very pleased with everything and we love our new porch. Things got pushed out due to rain which is expected but it would be great to receive proactive updates. Painting Plus was great to work with; the team was there early every day and worked as long as there was light. Even though we had some bad weather and a sudden hard freeze, which stretched the work out a bit, as soon as the weather cleared, the team was back working.Also, as the team was working they found some other wood damage which wasnt visible to the eye and brought it to my attention; Charlie went over it with me and we got it fixed. They could have just painted over some of these areas and never said anything, but bringing it up and helping me to avoid bigger problems down the road was greatly appreciated.The house looks great; everything is crisp, clean, and perfect. I would highly recommend them and I will be using Painting Plus again when I need work outside or inside.

I am a contractor and I have hired Paint Plus and siding Plus their prices are fantastic and the level of quality of work is great as well I had a situation where I was craining a tree over a house and the tree bumped the gutter three stories up they were able to get up there match the metal and repair the gutter it was so high off the ground we couldnt tell that there was gutter guards on it.... the team came back out and put gutter guards on the the gutter another day our customer was satisfied and so are we we also had another situation where we work craining out another tree and a small dead Branch fell out of the tree that we were cutting it hit a TV cable line. The house had a vinyl clad exterior that was 10 to 15 years old and very fragile and whoever installed the vinyl left the cable line underneath the vinyl so when the lamb hit the cable line it ripped the vinyl to shreds. We were afraid we were going to have to re vinyl the entire house. Paint Plus expert came out and said he could fix it no problem. It was a technical job because we had to drop the power line so this had to be scheduled out however when it was done it was Perfection like it never happened the customer was delighted and so are we. And our business we are always bumping something needing repair plus siding plus team is our go-to guys

Painting Plus/Siding Plus/Roofing Plus is the only company I go to anymore for exterior work. I discovered a leak in my 18 year old roof but am not yet ready to replace it. They patched it very reasonably to give me a couple more years use out of it. Over the past 6 years they have painted the outside of my house, replaced some of the cedar siding, rebuild my front porch, rebuilt my chimney, rebuilt a closet which juts out of the front of the house and scraped/painted a vaulted ceiling in my great room. I trust them implicitly and dont even bother getting other estimates anymore. I cant imagine using any other company. They are stable and fair.

I called for an estimate after hours and I got a call immediately the next morning, which is always a good sign. The gentleman I was speaking with was extremely nice and giving me free advice that was very helpful. Most places would hang up as soon as they realized you didn’t want to use their services! I was blown away by his kindness and just based off of this conversation alone I would choose them to for any other services I may need in the future !
