The Greathouse team did a fantastic job of remodeling our living room. We had a sunken living room and they were able to raise it to floor level including moving 4 windows and one door. The end result was seamless and they made the hardwoods match perfectly.They were easy to work with and their communication system worked perfectly. We always had almost immediate responses. Mandy did a great job helping us redesign the fireplace and mantel.We recommend them highly. Tim, Matt, Rod Chico and the whole team did a fabulous job!

The entire Great House team did an amazing job, and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.Every aspect of the project was executed superbly...from the creative and innovative plan design supported by software that produces an exact rendering of the finished product, the installation of dust protection materials, the demo and daily clean-up of the job site, the production of highly crafted shelves and other wood products, to the overall installation.Each person on the team was attentive to details, and were flexible to accommodate last minute tweaks we requested. The use of the Basecamp app provided an excellent way to communicate and ensure we and the entire Great House team were always on the same page.

Connie and I had a great experience with Great House. Abbey, Aimee, Justin and Tim all had great personalities with whom to work. Justins attention to detail was very satisfying. The only issues that we had were from a supplier to Great House that has since been replaced by another. Aimees decorating expertise was very helpful for defining our wants into concrete ideas. Abbey was and excellent account manager in representing both ours and Great House monetary requirements. An excellent value proposition provided by Great House!

Tim met with us multiple times to develop a design to meet our needs and also comply with current best practices. The Greathouse crew went the extra mile to customize fireplace mantel, moldings, cabinets, door hardware, and other installations to suit us. Craftsmen arrived when promised and tidied up before leaving. Greathouse went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction.

Don and I are thrilled with the beautiful remodel job just completed by GreatHouse. We particularly appreciate their attention to detail, willingness to make changes, and professionalism. Zack Wickham oversaw our remodel, and we cant say enough great things about him. He responded promptly to every request, cheerfully and patiently. GreatHouse has an excellent system in place for daily updates with pictures, correspondence, and billing. Don and I could not be happier with the quality of the entire renovation, from carpentry to masonry to windows. We are happy to recommend Jennifer and Tim Piendels well-run organization. They truly have created a beautiful home for Don and me.

I highly recommend GreatHouse Remodeling. The entire team is professional, responsive and easy to communicate with. Most importantly, they did an excellent job with my interior pocket doors and also helped with dry wall repairs / paint touch-ups. The final product looks exactly how I envisioned and I would certainly work with GreatHouse again on any future renovations.

We cant say enough great things about GreatHouse! From start to (on time and on budget) finish, they were professional, talented, and overall a wonderful group of people. Matt is a true craftsman - as are all of the carpenters - and Mandy (designer) has a great eye and listened to our preferences to help us create a space that is perfect for us. The team was attentive to our needs, and also made sure that subs were professional and everyone was respectful of our home. Overall it was an easy, low stress redo and the longer were in the space, the more we enjoy it!

The tool they used for communication made it very easy for us to collaborate with all the various team members. We would definitely use them again for future projects, they were a great experience.We have heard horror stories from friends about construction projects..... This company was NOT that experience. You will not regret working with this group!

So very pleased and delighted with our outstanding experience with GreatHouse! Tim and his crew removed a load bearing wall between our family room and living room and installed two steel beams hidden in the ceiling to create one large room. From the drywall to electrical to flooring to painting, all workers provided excellent, high quality work and were always responsive, punctual, communicative, and accommodating to any questions or concerns. Having previously completed other renovation work with different companies, we feel GreatHouse has been the best company we have used this far and would highly recommend them to all!

I have been a customer of GreatHouse for over 5 years and have used them as a remodeling contractor for five projects including remodeling my kitchen, outside deck and chimney, outside bathroom, master bathroom and painting the house. I am a loyal customer and will only use them for any construction and renovation projects I need completed in the future.

From start to finish, GreatHouse exceeded our high expectations. After building a beautiful screened-in porch and deck, we had them renovate a guest bathroom and laundry room. Communication was fantastic throughout the entire process and they were extremely patient with our ever-changing needs/desires. Tim and his staff did an outstanding job removing a tub and replacing it with a walk in shower. The communications were clear, timely, courteous and thorough. The staff installed plastic barriers to cut down on dust, and they left everything clean and orderly at the end of their work day. The tile work in the finished walk in shower was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We have already recommend GreatHouse Remodeling to close friends and will continue to do so, regardless of the size of the project. If we want any other remodeling work done GreatHouse will be the company that we call.
