I want to express my immense gratitude to Ace Home Building & Construction, specifically Bill Johnson, for their exceptional work on our home. We recently purchased a property with a breathtaking lake view, but our excitement turned into concern when we discovered that three crucial support columns in our breakfast room were exposed to moisture and rust.Bill Johnson came to our rescue, and his work was truly remarkable. He efficiently refurbished these columns, ensuring the footings were above ground and strengthened with welded metal plates. This not only saved us money but also extended the columns’ lifespan indefinitely, as confirmed by a professional engineer. Plus, it looks great.I must admit that I may not have been the most knowledgeable client, but Bill and his team patiently guided us through the process. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in their work and communication, which showed genuine care for our experience.If you’re like me, not entirely confident in your understanding of construction, I can’t recommend Ace Home Building & Construction enough. Bill Johnson and his team are the go-to choice for any construction needs.

Ace Construction exceeded our expectations! We wanted to add a 22’ x 14’ covered porch to the back of our home that looked like it was always apart of our home. The roof line should match the other roof lines on our house and be finished to match the rest of the house. That is exactly what was completed. Bill worked with us to design the porch, had a structural engineer find the least evasive and cleanest way to create the porch structure and answered our endless questions.

We not a first time customer. We had 4 jobs for Ace - plumbing, gutters, general maintenance, door replacements. Teddy did them all except gutters. Everything was well done, clean. We received emails or texts making sure we knew what was going on so we were aware of schedules. And then we added one more job which, again, Teddy and Bill said sure, we can do that. All around great workers with all around skills.

My wife and I hired Bill to finish our full basement bathroom.Bill was very communicative throughout the process, from receiving the quote through the end of the project, and he ensured his crew finished the job well and that we were happy with how it turned out.We are very satisfied with the final product and plan to hire him and his team again for future projects. His work was great at an affordable price!

It is often harder to find someone to do a small job especially if it requires a specialist task like punching through a poured concrete foundation wall. However, Bill and the team at Ace Home were extremely responsive, prompt and efficient in completing our project quickly. Thanks to them, we now have a door that completes our indoor/outdoor use space.We also appreciate Bill creatively working with us to reduce the price by accommodating us doing some of the work ourselves.

I had a broken window and spent months calling around looking for anyone that would work on my manufactured home (mobile home). I call Ace and they had someone here next to replace my window. Wayne was amazing and I am beyond happy with job he did. He was friendly and professional. I would use them again for other projects.

Ace Homebuilders had done a fantastic job on patio and deck for us so they were our go to for some sheetrock repair in our kitchen. They did another great job. While they were here they went out to check on the paint job for the patio roof. Not satisfied with how it turned out,, they repainted. Ace will always take of the customer.

Bill and his crew were great. Timeline and price were very reasonable. They did a great job with minimal disruption. They were very meticulous to make sure everything was done right. The crew were all very nice and respectful of us and our property. I will definitely use them again.

Bill and his crew did a great job of replacing two exterior doors, replacing a rotted two story bay window with rot resistant material and installing 6 new windows. The end result looks brand new.

Ace built two custom dormers into our existing roof so our daughters playroom would be a cozier, more open, and brighter place for her to have fun. Their workers were some of the nicest and hardest working contractors Ive ever met.During the two-week project, I would check out their progress daily. They were here every morning early and several times quite late, always taking care to properly tarp off and secure the project before they left for the day. From start to finish, the quality of their work was precise and professional. At no point was I concerned about any corners being cut, and the final inspection passed without any trouble. Were in love with the end result.At one point, when a severely undersized support beam was discovered mid-project, the owner, Bill Johnson, met with us personally to discuss our options without any pushiness. Its hard to find such trustworthy, qualified contractors committed to the safety and success of a project. We were lucky to have been introduced to Ace and would surely consider them for our next renovation.

We used Ace Home Building to remove an existing desk/cabinet assembly in our master bedroom and replace it with new built-in shelving. Bill and his team did an excellent job with both demolition and new construction/carpentry.
