He is always prompt and friendly. We trust his ability and honesty to provide us quality service. Thank you John!At this servicing, I have requested review of the service time as we feel the time was closer to 1 hour rather than the 1.75 that was billed. I requested that review a week ago via an email reply to the invoices email address. I have not heard back from anyone. I will submit another review request now, again via email.

When it rains it pours, we had to have John back out as our unit was leaking. He was quick to get here, we called Saturday night late and he was here Sunday noon. Great company! Left a message about 7:30 am. A response was within 15 minutes. Who answers that early!? We have used this company whenever we have any maintenance problems at our home and they have always done a suburb job each and every time! This time a dirty ac unit. We wouldn’t use anyone else. Nice service man, his name was John.

Holy cow, I couldnt say enough good things to say about this company. I received quotes from two other AC companies in the area (including the one that installed this system just over two years ago) and received quotes ranging from $2k-4k for the replacement of a still parts warranteed evaporator coil. Saw Trinity listed as an approved vendor on the manufacturers website and decided to get one last quote from them. They ended up quoting me 600$ + freon (they charge 1/3rd what the other guys do for freon). The other guys refused to provide an itemized receipt to justify their 2-4k charges, while Trinity did so happily.They had the part secured and were able to schedule the work within just a few days. Upon arrival, they completed the work quickly and professionally! They said they didnt need to add enough freon to justify charging me and the labor was an hour shorter than they quoted. My final bill was 465$ for a job everyone else wanted several thousand dollars flat rate for! They are my new AC people and Ill be telling any neighbors that run into problems to use them as well!Thank you all for the quick and professional work!

We ended up having both of our toilets out of commission because our son decided to flush a bunch of stuff down them! They got a technician to come just a couple of hours after I called. I had reached out to a few other local companies that werent going to be able to come out until mid-February. Charles, the technician, was polite and professional. And now we have working toilets again!

We are very happy with our pool and hot tub. Trinity Pool & Spa did a great job. They were the most responsive company and really performed well and exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail was very good. They were very responsive and did everything they said they were going to do and more. We highly recommend them and would definitely use them again. They are servicing our pool now and they keep it in tip top shape year round.

The Tech was on time, professional, diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly, and fixed. June-ish, 2022: Excellent service! Our electrician (Shane U.) went above and beyond in his guidance on how our internet demarcation should be set up. He not only did the outlet installation job requested with speed and quality, but he also analyzed the work which the Spectrum internet service was to provide later that day and gave expert advice on how to direct the Spectrum technician to ensure the house maintained its exterior aesthetic. With his advice, Im sure our new houses value increased past the expense of the job provided by adding the functionality requested AND offering the design recommendation.Update 9/13/2022: I just had more work done, and they did a timely, excellent job as usual and even beat the recommended third partys price on the job by hundreds of dollars. Again, I highly recommend them!

We hired Trinity when our prior service provider left town. I’ve had many pools, and many pool service companies, and Trinity is by far the best. Their fees are reasonable, they’re always on time, they provide texts notifying prior to arrival, then pictures of their work. I have recommended them to other friends and neighbors.

What do you do at 4:30 on a holiday-weekend-Friday and your and your guest room A/C goes out? Be glad you have a business relationship with Trinity Services. They were back to me in minutes and walked me through some simple diagnostics to determine if we needed an onsite service call. It was after hours when we determined we needed onsite maintenance and yet a thorough, conscientious tech got the job done before grandchildren bed time. Im always amazed by this company.

Trinity pools has done a great job for us. After another company left us high and dry and messed our pool up, we found trinity. They came daily trying to get our pool back to normal. They are great. Show up on time and leave our pool sparkling. We get alerts when they are on the way and they send us pics of the pool when they are finished. They are dependable.We also had serious problems with our pool. They did major renovations to the pool in a timely manner. Our HOA has a beautiful new pool.

He checked several things and checked the water meter, and decided that the water had come from the leaking water heater (which had been replaced). I can’t say enough about Trinity Pool and Spa Service! I returned from a week and a half trip last summer and my pool was in a horrendous shape. I had already been dealing with cloudy and unclear water over the course of months. The water was drained well below the skimmer and the water was green with absolutely zero visibility. I had been using another pool company and decided to call Trinity. Everyone went above and beyond and were determined to “clean” up my pool. Sometimes it was required to go to my house twice a day just to check levels. We live in Round Mountsin and the distance was not even an issue. Thanks to their dedicated commitment and frequent visits they were able to get my pool back to its original and beautiful crystal state. I have them continue their weekly visits and it’s beautiful and I owe that all to everyone cat Trinity Pool!
