My water heater army kaput!! I googled plumbers in the Marble Falls area. Brandenburg Plumbing had the best rating, so I called Tuesday evening hoping that I could get someone to come out this week! Miracle.....,Austin Brown was there at 9am the very next morning!!! He is very quick, explained everything to us. We had concerns about a leak behind our washer. As we knew it wasn’t an emergency. Brandenburg scheduled with us as soon as possible without incurring an emergency charge. Our technician Austin came out and was extremely professional, helping diagnose the issue as something extremely minor. While he was there, he even noted our extremely low water pressure and suggested the possibility of installing a whole house pump. When we are able to get that planned, we will definitely be calling Brandenburg back for their excellent customer service and prompt replies.

We are on well water & needed a softener. Also had some attic plumbing issues to outside faucets. Austin first came & looked at what we had and gave some suggestions & quotes. I called him back a second time after we decided how we wanted everything done. He gave us an updated quote. Have I mentioned how friendly Austin is? We booked the install of the whole house filter, softener & minor plumbing rerouting. He knocked it out in several hours and we couldn’t be happier. Not only is he friendly. While i was extremely happy with the service. Austin Brown who came to check on the system was very courteous and knowledgable. I felt the fix was very pricey. The reasoning they gave was that they had to come for a 2nd trip since they had to order the part. A 10 time markup for a 2 min part replacement, even if it took 2 trips seemed excessive. But that is reflective more of the management and their reason for pricing than the work done and person who came to service. I would recommend them (in a pinch).

Called with a no water emergency at 11am on Saturday. The team had Kalub out in couple hours. He got us water back shortly. While fixing the problem, he saw that our pump was also barely keeping up with pressure (a problem I had dealt with for a while). He made excellent recommendations and came back to install a new variable speed pump, which allowed us to remove the large well pressure tank that had been taking up lots of space in the well house. It also allowed us to get our water pressure back up again. Since I had him back to change our pump, he was kind enough to only charge for the first call. Thank you Kalub and thank you Brandenburg Plumbing!I am a home builder and have worked with many plumbers. This was my first time using Brandenburg, but will not be my last. I cannot recommend Kalub and Brandenburg more strongly.

Brandenburg Plumbing has promptly earned my 5-star review after a phone call from the owner. I was double-charged for the house call (unintended mistake) so Lucas mailed a check to me. He explained the error and repeatedly apologized. Mistakes happen, and to have the business owner personally ‘make it right’ is to be respected and appreciated. I want to change my rating because it’s deserved and I look forward to calling Brandenburg again when plumbing issues arise.Brandon was very nice and polite. However, to pay $742 to replace 2 toilet wax seals (when he was there 35 mins) is ridiculous and I plan to find another plumber. Brandenburg has made quite a few visits in the past few years, but this is completely over-the-top.

Kalub was our plumber on the job of bypassing a sink drain line right to the main drain from our home, and he was very professional, patient, and nice, (I wanted to know all of the details which can be a bit annoying from us homeowners.) Additionally there was great communication and execution in step by step what was to be done. the company was willing to work with me on the cost if I did some of the labor of digging, (because I’m cheap) which halved the cost. Though they were a bit on the pricier side, I was happy to pay as I felt the service was well worth it and had a great experience in the diagnosis, and the company is local to our area. Kalub made what was thought to be daunting task a somewhat pleasant one somehow. In the event we need any other kind of plumbing work, bradenburg plumbing will always be the company we call.
