Absolutely amazing service. These folks got out to us quickly and replaced a leaking water heater same day for a very fair price. As a prior business owner and someone in the trade, I feel qualified to speak to the quality of work performed, and the quality was fantastic. Thank you James and the Complete Care team.

Ive used several plumbers that overcharged the $#@! out of me and didnt even fix the valves I paid them to fix - they rhyme with Erics and Brandenburg. But Complete Care plumbing has guys who are excited to work on your plumbing problems. If I could leave 10 stars I would, seriously thank you. Im a disabled vet on fixed income so the difference between a $375 repair and the $1000 I was quoted by others, makes a big difference.

It’s hard to find an honest plumber who shows up and does good work. These guys are it. Instead of running up the bill and destroying our floors with a jackhammer like the competitors suggested, they took their time and located the line and saved our kitchen floors. I’m very grateful. My shower backed up when I ran the washing machine at 5:30 pm -- flooded my master bath and closet. I started calling plumbers at 8 am on the following day. None was available before 24-48 hours. James at Complete Care fit me in on his way to another job and fixed it within 15 min. of arrival. Complete Care is my plumber for life!!

Absolutely the best customer service ! Most plumbers answer your call and then never call you back, but their receptionist Lisa was quick to call me back and had us on the docket for the day immediately. Great staff , and friendly & affordable services . I wouldnt call anyone else!

We recently had plumbing repairs done over the holidays by James and couldnt be more satisfied. Fixed the problem, advised us how to keep the issue from becoming another future problem (roots), was on time, called ahead. He is courteous, personable, professional as well as knowledgeable. Also advised us on better practices and filters for our HVAC system with clear explanations for the reasons. Big thanks all around!
